INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to allocating useful resources in tasks, business operations as
well as governance of activities which would bring meaningful returns to the professionals.in the
present report, there have been ascertainment of activities relevant with the business case of
Revive Luxury Beauty Spa Salon in Luton. However, in accordance with the operational
practices of this beauty salon and SPA on which it can be said that professionals have been
aiming to launch this project on London stated trade show. The present report, will discuss
several operational tactics such as management theories of cognitive systems approach.
However, in accordance with the operational tactics and management of operational practices
would be effective in leading the firm to retain adequate success in the upcoming trade show and
in long term operations

outcomes. Business have been aiming at improving the sales volume of the industry in the
upcoming period with delivering best and satisfactory services among consumers (Kolk and
Rivera-Santos, 2018). There have been various services and operational tactics which have been
adopted by organisation in relation with presenting satisfactory services among the consumers.
Project rationale
In relation with analysing the operation functions of the business on which it can be said
that, there have been analysis over the benefits and business participation which would lead the
firm in retaining adequate gains at the right time. Professionals have been aiming at retaining the
adequate returns on investment which would be effective in retaining the appropriate amount of
profits through operations (Wilde, 2018). The starting costs of the business has been estimated as
350 pounds per day which would be effective in relation with retaining effective amount of
gains.
Management tools
In relation with improving the operational efficiency of workers and workforce which would
be adequate in improving the gains and creating the brand identity in the market. Creating a
personal space in the environment would be adequate in leading firm for retaining best amount

required to be operated and governed in relation with making an effective planning and
operational determinations. There are several terms that would impact positively in creating the

and operational analysis enables firm in mitigating the challenges (Akhtar and et.al., 2018).

As per analysing various managerial tools which will be helpful to the firm in meeting the
challenges at the right time. There are several technique’s which are required to be considered by
the managerial professionals in creating the best working environment for the industrial
practices. However, in relation with such aspects on which it can be suggested to the

professionals at Revive Luxury Beauty Spa Salon that they must applicator business process re-
engineering which would defines better quality and development of operations that could lead
the business in retaining the adequate success at the reliable time frame (Akhtar and et.al., 2018).
Redesigning business functions will be effective for the firm in making adequate changes into
operational practices of firm.

Personal reflection
As per analysing the business case of Revive Luxury Beauty Spa Salon on which developing
the objectives, stating the core competencies as well as creating a designed structural practice
which would be effective in managing the operational gains in the business. I have learnt various
innovative and reformative things regarding the team work, development of business ideas,
creating a favourable business framework. The team efforts and commitment from various
parties have determined the adequate operational challenges which are required to be mitigate
and make better operational ascertainment.
My skills and knowledge regarding team management, developing the frame work as well as
analysing the requirement of resources have been improved. I would like to thank my team
members in making me able to represent and defining my view points among theme. The
creation of business idea would be effective for the firm in reaching best level of operational
practices at the right time. I have learnt the techniques in improving the employee understanding
regarding business culture and structure which is required to be followed by the professionals in
terms of mitigating the challenges.
My skills based on managing activities through out the project have lead the best outcomes.
Thus, it has helped me in drafting a valid interpretation of the outcomes and defining the action
plan to be undertaken for the project. Along with this, I have also participated in developing the
policies and procedures which are required to be followed by professionals in Revive Luxury
Beauty Spa Salon. I believe that I could have chance to perform as a manager in any company
than on the basis of my learning and articulating the things will be effective in bringing the better
gains to the business.
Based on my learning skills and ability to perform the research operations on which it can be
said that, there have been influences of various managerial techniques such as Benchmarking,
balance scorecard and relevant techniques which would be effective in leading the firm for

retaining the adequate success at the market. I believe that managing the workforce by giving
them small targets as well as objectives which encourage them to make efforts in the operational
activities. There have been influences of various policies and practices which in turn would be
effective in leading the organisation to retain the adequate success in the market.
In relation with improving the productive efforts in organisation I believe that, there have
been influences of various operational techniques which would be effective in retaining the
adequate market growth. I think analysing the efficiency of employees and assigning them the
duties which meets their qualification at the right time. It can be said that, analysing operational
influences would be adequate in leading the firm in retaining the marketable gains at the right
time. Along with this, after completion of entire research process on which it can be said that
there have been various activities which could lead the organisation in retaining the adequate
marketable success.
My skills and efficiency determines that, there have been impact of various operational
activities which would be effective in leading the market as well as retaining the qualitative
growth. I believe motivating staff as per giving them proper work environment would be
dreadful for achieving the business targets.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above report, it can be said that, managing the business operations requires
application of adequate managerial tools and techniques. Revive Luxury Beauty Spa Salon have
been planned to develop the operations in Luton as well as getting participation in London on a
trade show. Thus, in accordance with such operational determination on which making effective
ascertainment would lead the firm in gaining better success in the market.
