It is the analysis which is used by the management within the project so that it can
identify the benefit for the overall cost implemented on the project for achieving a particular
goal and objective. In relation to the current project overall cost sheet is discussed below:
Cost sheet:
Particulars Unit cost (£) Amount (£)
Cost in developing and recording of
videos
15000
Employees cost: 25000
Hiring of experience dietitian 5000
Training to project team members 20000
Promotional expenses 2000
Cost of scheduling 5000

value of cost benefit analysis is computed in such manner-
Available financial information:
Document Page
Projected cost £50000
Projected benefit £60000
Cost of capital 15%
PV of projected cost:
= 50000/ (1+15%)1
= £43,478
PV of projected benefit
= 60000/ (1+15%)1
= £52,174
Cost benefit analysis: £52,174/£43,478
= 1.21
