mandate the implementation of useful strategies in order to make a subsequent task successful.
This document is very crucial for company as it help to disclose the basic of project, for whom it
is going to be, who will be responsible, total cost etc. PID mainly holds important detail
information such as budgetary data, timescales, actual objective, approaches, key staff and most
crucial stakeholder analysis. These are discussed below:
