The system will include an intuitive interface for entry of information, a database of stallion owners and their history, details of breeders, and be a means for booking. The system will also be used for checking color descriptions, check breed registry, access insurance details and also act as a financial system from where a general and marketing ledger can be maintained in the database. The financial system will expedite and make efficient the system for billing, handle contact bookings management and generate reports, as well as maintain a location status for the horses. The financial system should handle Vet and farrier charges, track all costs and expenses to aid in decision making and reporting, and allow selected owners to get discounted rates. The system will have a mobile feature so it can be used n the field for recording details, review vet history, enable communications, and generate and transmit a comprehensive set of advices for consumption by horse owners. I also thought that all major decisions and ideas must come from the leader, that the leader must be better than all the team members. Undertaking this project so far, I have come to appreciate that a leader is just a facilitator that represents the team. I have also learned that different leadership styles are needed in different situations, and that team members need to raise ideas and concepts and the leader just fuses them and motivates the team ahead (Aston, 2017). I have come to understand that being a leader is not a privilege but an immense responsibility. An ICT project manager, based on my experiences, requires technical skills in languages, how systems work, and how to analyze systems. Further, the project manager needs technical and practical skills in project management methodologies, including agile and traditional methods, as well as PRINCE 2 principles (Schiff, 2017). Further, the project manager needs to know how to use project management tools and concepts to monitor projects. The project manager must be aware of project risks and take corrective steps.
