Implementation Plan The conditions that are generally needed for the implementation of AustralianStorage facility is elaborated below: Management structure: The management structure plays a vital role inimplementing the project. It is identified that the organization utilizes projectisedmanagement structure for the implementation of Australian Storage facility. According toprojectised management structure, the project manager holds the entire authority for theproject and they are generally responsible of prioritizing project, applying project resourcesas well as helps in directing the project team members within their work so that they canwork effectively within the project for finishing it within the expected deadline (Mir &Pinnington, 2014). The team members of the project “Australian Storage facility” mainlyreport to the manager in context to any type of complexities or problems that they are facility.After the project is completed, the project manager engages in re-assigning the projectresources so that it can be utilized for some other project. Proper training facility must also be given forthe team members of the project.Personal skills: The personal skills of the project stakeholders generally creates apositive impact in implementing the project successfully within the expected deadline.
