Executive Summary
The paper mainly focuses on a day workshop that is mainly based on the
book “How NASA builds Teams”. The main aim of the paper is to reflect on
the various styles of leadership that is needed to be used by the project
team in order to achieve success and for building the entire team of the
project effectively. It is analyzed from the paper that emotion driven leaders
are the best style of leadership for a project manager. In addition to this, the
paper also discusses the ethical issues that the project team phases while
implementing telescope with proper solution in order to resolve the ethical
issues.
