Further, the project resources, deliverables and project teamare undertaken in the stage of initiation. The key activities conduced in the project of RFID arerisk, communication, quality and configuration. However, Volkov and Kuzina, (2016) statedthat, in planning phase, necessary steps will be taken to meet the project objectives. Varioustype of roles and responsibilities are assigned to all the team members and resources along withthe strategies are also determined to make the project successful.
