Social-It represents about interaction among receiver and sender and depends on speech matter which is spoken to them. Systematic-Communication should be flow in systematic and proper manner to reach to conclusion. Critical-It means person is expressing their power as well as authority over other people. Therefore, business should follow formal communication among project manager and team members which assist in coordinating for each and every activities and operations. Part B Waterfall and PRINCE2 methodologies Waterfall Model 3
It is defined as model that determine progress of project from downward by including stages such as testing, designing and many more (Fewings and Henjewele, 2019). The different phase of model is explained for creation of mobile application. They are: Requirement gathering and analysis- Project manager has to develop each and every requirements along with documenting properly. System Design- Requirement of initial stage are determined and system is designed accordingly. It assist in specifying requirement as well as determining architecture of system. Implementation- Each system is develop in smaller section and later integrated for next phase and testing is done for all with help of application. Integration and Testing- The units should be integrated and tested should be done for complete system. Deployment of system and Maintenance- In this stage, system is deployed and maintenance is done. PRINCE 2 Methodology It is used by business when project manager is working for project. This has three elements such as event organisation, their control and ending project (Mathiaszyk, Volkmann and Read, 2019). It assist in completing as well as controlling complete project. With the implementation of such methodology, project manager will easily determine their strengths as well as weaknesses that are: Strengths Time and Cost Effective- It helps to complete project on time along with saving of cost that provide more results. Standardisation- This leads to decline chances of miscommunication and misconduct that assist in attainment of goal and objectives. Weaknesses Unrealistic- There are some phase that are unrealistic because they does not assist in identification of risks. Complex- This model is very complex and difficult to understand. For adoption of such model, large amount of money is required. 4
