Executive Summary
The report discusses about the various kind of impacts that are made through the use of different
kind of projects within Mawson Zoo. The organisation has undertaken several kind of measures
in order to define and implement certain kind of projects, which would be able to bring in
changes towards the organisation. The company had undertaken several form of projects based
on technical expertise but these projects were not able to bring in better forms of impacts as these
projects were delivered not within a proper budget and within time. In the discussion supported
within the project the discussion is mainly focused over the theories in relation to project
management. Based on the discussion over such theories, the recommendations would be put
forward that would be able to make a better impact towards the organisation. Hence, this report
focuses over the different kind of concepts in relation to project management that could be
applied to the concerned project approaches. The use of such kind of concepts would include the
different roles of team members, standardisation of project methodologies, maintaining of
project performance and integrating project processes within the organisation. After the
discussion over the concepts in relation to better management of project scenarios, the proposal
also discusses about the staged implementation schedule in relation to the concepts that have
been defined for the project. With the help of staged implementation schedule, the discussion is
focused over defining those plans based within the context of the organisation and focusing over
future benefits towards the organisation.

3PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
1. Introduction
Mawson Zoo can be classified as fictitious organisation. The zoo organisation has their
primary aims to discover, understand and define new ways of improvement of their business
strategies and thus implement better kind of procedures within the market that would also help in
benefiting the organisational structure. The vision of the company is based on providing the
sanctuary with the wide range of diversity in the number of species of animals and birds. The
organisation also performs research in different activities that would be based on discovering
new ways in which they could keep their habitats in a secure condition.
The discussion in this research would focus over the Memorandum of Engagement based
on improving conditions over the project. In the recent years, there have been several kind of
projects that have been undertaken by the Mawson Zoo based on bringing better kind of impacts
towards the organisation and the habitats (Hassan 2015). The organisation has also made
extensive use of technical expertise that were highly significant towards the entire growth of
habitat species. However, from the reports gathered from the recent past years, it has been seen
that the total time of delivery and budget estimations of the projects have declined. The proposal
helps in describing certain recommendations and implementation of high concepts for
implementing within the project.
2. Discussion
2.1 Accountability and responsibility in project management
The discussion is focused over the strategy based on the development of new forms of
direction for Mawson Zoo. A certain amount of focus would also be provided towards the
conversation of natural habitats and species of animals and birds. different kind of experiences

are gathered from the defining of new projects, defining new plans and strategies based on
helping in saving wildlife and different forms of natural habitats (Too and Weaver 2014). With
the help of different kind of projects that have been planned for Mawson Zoo, it could be
understood that such kind of projects would prove to be highly helpful for incorporating ideas in
relation to the benefits for the zoo. Based on help in such kind of projects, it would also be
helpful for delivering tangible, measurable and valuable outcomes based on conservation of the
habitats.
The use of best form of project management methodologies would be widely used for
taking a proper form of responsibility and accountability of the various kind of projects that are
designed. The core purpose of the discussion is to perform a deep level of research within the
researches based on project management within the different aspects of project made within
Mawson Zoo. According to the context of supporting the factor of accountability within the
various projects, it could be understood there should be certain form of definition of the specific
roles (Badewi and Shehab 2016). Based on the specific details of the roles, each of the persons
accountable for performing the certain task would perform them with proper level of diligency.
In case of any form of inconsistent terminology of project management, the various roles in
relation to the people within the project would be able to cause certain form of considerable
consideration. A certain barrier would also arise in the forms of research that would be created
(Edwards and Hulme 2014). The Mawson Zoo is majorly responsible for defining certain kind of
projects that would help in the protection of various kind of natural habitats of animals and birds.
The management of the Mawson Zoo organisation should take the certain form of
initiative based on providing a certain level of definition of roles and responsibilities to each of
the persons involved with the design aspects of the project. In relation to the current projects that
Document Page

are undertaken by Mawson Zoo, it can be understood that the different bodies of Project
Management would help in defining the accountable persons who would be responsible for
undertaking the responsibilities for each of the aspects (De Schepper, Dooms and Haezendonck
2014). In case of the certain projects of Mawson Zoo, the Project Management Institute would
define the specific roles and the accountable positions that would be held by them. The roles
assigned to each of the team members involved within certain projects would be helpful for
performing different kind of functions that would be performed by the defined projects of the
organisation.
A project manager would be necessary for incurring within the project management body
who would hold responsibility for managing each of the requirements in relation to the project. A
certain list of functions would be performed within the project that would certainly help the
organisation to perform better within the highly competitive market (Lloyd-Walker, Mills and
Walker 2014). Certain functions and projects that are performed within the Mawson Zoo are the
maintenance of activities based on engaging the exhibits of animals, ensure proper form of
public facilities that would be provided during their visit to the zoo and maintenance of gardens.
A proper maintaining of the infrastructure of the garden would also be need to be maintained.
The management team within the organisation also holds responsibility to implement certain
form of educational programs, research programs and wildlife treatment educational activities
that would further help in bringing new customers and educate them in relation to the aspects of
the project (Silvius et al. 2017). The project manager would thus be responsible for taking in
account of the various kind of activities persisting within the Mawson Zoo.
The impact of role theory within the Project Management Institute and definitions
supported by Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) would help in defining certain

forms of roles that would further help the organisation to perform better. Assigning each of the
roles to specific persons would be highly helpful for understanding the ways in which the
different aspects of any project could be managed. The different projects that are undertaken by
Mawson Zoo would need the help of different team members. They would be provided with
certain roles and specifications. Each of the team member should be highly competent in
performing each of the responsibilities accordingly such that there would not be any kind if
negligence of tasks in relation to the project (Conforto et al. 2014). With the help of role theory,
a particular setting would be formed that would help in defining of generic processes and stages
that could be assumed within the project. Based on the identification of such kind of role
defining theories, the particular role that would be assigned for performing leadership in various
kind of project purposes would be analysed (Milosevic and Martinelli 2016). The perfect level of
consistency that would be assigned for each team member would be entirely base on their level
of understanding and analysis over the current situation.
Every division or branches within the Mawson Zoo organisation should have a clear form
of notion about the responsibility and accountability based within the domain of project
management. The team members should hold accountability and responsibility of the different
undertaken projects should properly measure whether the project would lead to failure or success
towards the organisation. Based within the context of managing the different projects undertaken
by Mawson Zoo, it should be ensured that the project managers should make use of proper kind
of tools in order to bring in better kind of end results (Zwikael and Smyrk 2015). The
organisation has undertaken different kind of wildlife conservation projects that would be
conducted with the help of community fundraising, partnering with other wildlife projects and

making use of high level expertise of zoo staff. In order to perform such high quality projects,
the use of different kind of high quality tools should be taken in consideration.
The Mawson Zoo would need to invest within the various kind of projects that are
managed within their location. Such kind of investments within the various projects would need
to be made in order to create better kind of impacts towards the growth aspects of the project.
Some of the particular unique accountabilities in relation to the aspects of Mawson Zoo projects
are:
1. The project manager would be responsible for management of developmental aspects
in relation to project processes, concept development and design plan for the project. They would
understand the vision of the company, prepare certain strategies and plan actions that would
define those s
2. The project team involved within the developmental aspects of the project would hold
accountability for producing the detailed output. The project manager would thus hold
responsibility for assessing the certain skills of the project team (Whittle et al. 2015). They
would thus engage in several activities that would be defined by the project manager based on
the certain objectives and vision of the organisation.
3. The role of project sponsor could be considered as the senior executive within the
project. The project sponsors would provide a certain form of leadership (Kerzner 2017). They
would also invest within the project and would expect that such high level of outputs from the
project.

2.2 Standardization of project management methodologies across the organization
For any zoo plan, a suitable mission management methodology selection is the first and
foremost protocol that needs to be kept in mind. A good project management methodology is
thus needed in case of Mawson Zoo in direction to help in the better presentation of the society.
Zoo projects are generally regarded as large and complex projects that have a number of mixed
parts consisting of different structures, animal enclosures and variety of landscape areas. Zoo
projects are regarded as one of the most sensitive projects as the life of the animals and the
ecology is directly related to it (Zwikael and Meredith 2018). In a zoo project, the execution
time plays a vital part in the field and thus it underscores the prominence of a good project
supervision methodology. As the Mawson Zoo aims in achieving several goals related to the
maintaining of animal exhibited facilities including public facilities, garden and other
infrastructures, using an agile project management, methodology would be beneficial for the
organization in order to proceed with all the aims. To undertake the required changes in the
Mawson zoo, a very strict and detailed project management protocol is thus needed in order to
confirm that the project planning is implemented accordingly. The standardization of the agile
project management methodology across the organization of Mawson Zoo will help the zoo to
undertake various initiatives regarding taking actions to conserve the wildlife and will helping
building a suitable place for the wildlife. In order to undertake other activities that the
organization aims in such as delivering sustainable and ethical practices in their operations,
supporting various wildlife conservation projects, the agile project development methodology
will be very much beneficial (Tanveer 2015). The implementation of a proper project
management methodology within a planning of a zoo helps in ensuring that the constructions that
are planned within the project responds to the topography that are related to the sites.

9PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
Standardizing the agile project management methodology across the organization will
benefit the organization in the succeeding ways:
1. It wills assistance in discussing and planning of any projects that needs to be
undertaken and will help in arriving in to a final conceptual plan.
2. For any project planning especially for a zoo project, preliminary estimates and
conceptual drawings are necessary in order to determine the area that will be required by each
animal so that they can move around freely and for that the agile project management,
methodology will be very much helpful.
3. In order to deliver programs and services in order to make finest use of the reserves
and to maximize the income generated from the zoo, the agile methodology will be beneficial as
it will help in the implementation of the preparatory operations and activities that needs to be
undertaken.
4. During the implementation of any project within the Mawson Zoo, it is important that
the environmental factors are taken into consideration as they come with different types of risks
in the organization (Abrahamsson et al. 2017). Applying agile project management
methodology, it will help the organization in reducing the risks related to the project, as the
project can be controlled entirely through regular checkups.
5. The agile project management methodology used in the organization will also help in
checking regular surveys and layouts that are used within the project management process.
6. The submission of the agile project controlling methodology in the project evaluation
of the organization of Mawson Zoo, will be beneficial in acquiring procurement of equipment,

furnishings that are required within the project plans (Rasnacis and Berzisa 2017). Establishment
of effective administrative setup will also be easier in this case.
7. During the entire cycle of agile project management methodology, visibility and
transparency are the main factors that are considered for the actual progress of the project. Agile
project management methodologies are easy to adapt and any changes that are required during
the project execution can be facilitated as the entire methodology uses the process of continuous
project planning process along with regular feedback (Joslin and Müller 2016). The specified
project management methodology enables regular sprint meetings and Jira usage that provides
visibility of each step of the project.
8. As the organization of Mawson Zoo aims in undertaking research and teaching
programs in order to support the wildlife conservation projects, it would be beneficial for the
organization if they make use of internet and modern technology. With the implementation of
modern technology all areas of life along with the zoo infrastructure will be very much beneficial
for extensive use while using internet tools for designing the zoo.
9. As a part of agile project supervision methodology, the scrum project administration
methodology will serve as an important and helpful methodology as the zoo authority
incorporates new technological use within their project objectives.
10. The use of the available technology within the project initiatives of the Mawson Zoo
needs to be begin with a creation of web site that is entirely dedicated to the zoo project. In this
case, the Scrum project management methodology will be beneficial to be used in order to
manage the software that are used within the process. The Scrum project management
methodology is a type of lightweight process that includes an iterative and incremental practices

helping the zoo organization of Mawson helping in delivering software that are required for
monitoring the project activities (Akbar et al. 2017). Creating effective websites for inviting
designers for the planning if the zoo is the most inexpensive form of disseminating information
that are related to text and graphics.
Applying the Scrum project management approach in the project planning of Mawson
Zoo will enable in developing software using the latest technologies (Ramingwong et al. 2018).
This will also benefit in prioritizing the works that are essential and that matters the most to the
organization. The Scrum project management methodology as a part of the agile project
management methodology is advantageous for any project as it includes collaborating and
communicating with people who are associated with the project (Larson and Gray 2017). It also
includes delivering of regular feedback and responses increasing the project value and ensuring
that the aims and objectives of the Zoo is achieved (Dhir, Kumar and Singh 2019). The
integration of the scrum project management methodology with the project includes sprint
planning which needs to be done in a regular basis to discuss the project progress. At the end of
the sprint that the Scrum project administration methodology incorporates, the squad involved in
the mission management planning is provided with the advantages of demonstrating the
functionality during the sprint process.
Hence integration of the correct project management methodology within the project
planning of Mawson Zoo will help in ensuring the highest possible standards based on global
species management plan and regional plans. This will in turn help in benefiting to standardize
the animal welfare and species conservation within their project planning (Hornstein 2015).
Besides all these advantages, the cost estimation for an effective planning in a zoo is also
important as a part of project management. Both the costs related to the initial investments that
Document Page
12PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
are done within the project management of the zoo and the costs required for running
maintenance may vary from time to time. This is another reason, for which the agile project,
management, procedure should be integrated within the project management of the Mawson Zoo.
Thus it is very much required to standardize the agile project organization methodology inside
the organization of Mawson Zoo as these will help the organization in undertaking all the
activities that they aim to achieve in order to maximize the visits by ensuring quality and unique
value for money experiences.
2.3 Integration of the recognized project processes across the project life cycle
Each of the project process of these commercial establishments has to be managed using
the project life. Each of the project processes such as the management of the animal care,
excellent customer service, collaboration with the subsidiary organizations, innovation and
creativity, ethical practise and integrity, respecting each of the stakeholders associated with the
business, environment responsibility and social responsibility can be significantly improved
using the project life cycle. It can also be said that the continuous improvement of this processes
is possible using the project life cycle.
It can also said that the cost benefit analysis of this organization can also be significantly
boosted using the project life cycle. The negotiation and the role of the government in this
organization can also be improved using the plan life cycle (Stark 2015). The management of the
financial viability can also be improved using the project life cycle, it can also be said that the
following up of the condition of the animals can also be improved using the project cycle. The
international commitments of the zoo can also be achieved using the scheme cycle.

The organization of the zoo practices can also be maintained in an organized manner
using the scheme life cycle. The scheme life cycle which can be considered in this commercial
establishment are as followings:
Phase 1: Initiation: Starting of the project
The identification of the concern is considered in the first phase of the scheme lifecycle.
The difficulties or the concern has to be evaluated in a detailed manner so that the concern is
effectively addressed (Wong et al. 2019). The objectives as well as the aims of the project are
also included in the conceptualization phase. The statement of work can be idealized monitored
in this stage of the development life cycle. Most of the contractual agreements of the workers
who will be working in this organized will be created in this segment of project life sequence.
Phase 2: Planning phase
The mission and the vision of the project has to be understood by each of the stakeholders
of the zoo. The assignment life cycle will be planned and monitored entirely by the project
directors. The high level description of the project is aligned with the plan of the project in this
phase of the project life cycle (Volko and Kuzina 2016). The numerous categories of hazards and
indecisions of any project are assessed in this phase of the project life cycle using the risk
analysis template. The budget required in each phase of the project is monitored using the
financial plan.
Phase 3: Execution phase
This is the maximum significant segment of the project life phase, actual working
activities of the development life cycle starts in this phase. The project goals are continuous
aligned with each of the activities of this project in this part of this plan life cycle. The different

categories of resources which will be used in the project will be evaluated using the project life
cycle (Walch et al. 2015). The entire strategic planning can also be evaluated in this segment of
the project life cycle. The road blocks of the project can also be significantly identified in the
first place in this level of the project life cycle. This pages also involves the planning of each of
the resources which are required in the projects of this zoo.
Phase 4: Termination phase
This is the last phase of the plan life cycle where the responsibilities of each of the
resources of this project are evaluated. This phase of the mission will be including the
disbandment of the project team (Matějka et al., 2016). All the intended users is significantly
monitored in this segment of the project life sequence. The project deliverable and the project
completion criteria are significantly matched in the termination phase of this project. All the
routine of each of the resources is generally monitored in this phase of the project life series.

Project Integration Management
The role of the project integration management is very much beneficial for this
organization as they are planning for an overall development of the organization. Co-ordination
between each of the stakeholders, resources and tasks are very much required for the fruitful
achievement of the project (Kliem and Ludin 2019). Different aspects of the project in relations
of the management of the conflicts in between the plan have to be addressed using the project
integration management. Evaluating resources and competing the requests are managed in an
organized manner using the project integration management. Evaluation of the resources is also
done by the project integration management. The integrity and the ethical practices of the project
can also be understood in an organized manner using the project incorporation management.
The role of the project combination management also involves the safety measures of the
workers. At the same time, it can also be said that the social responsibility can also be done using
the project integration management. The species management of the organization can be
improved using the project integration management (Harrison and Lock 2017). The experience
of the consumers of the zoo can also be enhanced using the project integration management. The
animal welfare and the husbandry can also be improved using the project integration
management. The infrastructure of the gardens and all the places where the animals are kept are
comprised in the project expansion life cycle. The global and the regional species management
are also included in the project integration management.

The wildlife treatment and the research activities of these commercial establishments can also be
significant enhanced using the project life cycle. The scheme life cycle can be very much
important to manage each of the program of this commercial establishment starting from the
communal commitment and the wildlife management and research. Most of the breeding
schedules of the animals are required to be scheduled in an organized manner which is possible
using the project life cycle (Girichidis et al. 2016). It can also be said that the mission life cycle
can be very much significant in most of the fundraising events of this commercial establishment.
The visitors of this organization must understand the importance of the animal conservation and
special trainings can be given to them so that the growth and development of this organization is
maintained. The maintenance of the animal welfare standards is also possible using the project
life cycle. The feedback coming from the visitors can also be tracked and managed using the
project life cycle measures (de Bekker-Grob et al. 2017). Prioritization of the resources as well
as the strategic plans can be very much essential in the venture life cycle of this commercial
establishment. Thus, it can be said that each of the five stages of the project life sequence must
be properly planned and managed before incorporating the cycle in the business.
Thus, it can be said that the incorporation of the project lifetime cycle can be very much
beneficial for this commercial establishment to improve the project scheduling as well as the
budget enactment throughout this organization. The project organization performance of this
commercial establishment can also be improved after the incorporation of the project life cycle.
2.4 Project performance and success measurement
The project performance measurement and also the success measurement of any kind,
does not only depend on the time required to implement the project or on the allocated budget of
the project. In this report where the Mawson Zoo organization has the aim to discover and
Document Page
17PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
develop new ways of Market procedures that would also assist the organizational structure needs
or requirements, project performance and success measurements are essential. There are several
ways of measuring the project performances and also then success measurements.
The assessment of the project performance measurement is not totally a concept about
evaluating the activity performed by the team or about the course that are related with the
business of the zoo organization. This assessment also includes the strategy and planning that are
necessary for the procedure proposal of the organization.
While measuring the business performance of the Mawson Zoo organization or the team,
the main focus remains on the amount of the business profit that comes as the result that is
delivered by the team who are appointed as in charge of the business process for the
organization. Generally the Measuring of the efficiency of a venture is concerned in the effect of
the project at a moment or over a fixed timeframe.
The magnitude of this effect on the measure of company can be evaluated on the rate of
the achievement of a project. This is also the diameter of the distinction between both the
performance level before the real beginning period of the project and the end time level of the
project. The direct impact of the project can be measured by the process of the XmR chart that is
based on the business performance and helps to measure the project (Khan and Beg 2014). This
also improves the function of the projects that are seem to be getting delayed or were lacking in
the project. A project can face severe difficulties and obstructions and cannot be successful if the
rate of the cost that was not insufficient and lower recorded than that of the value of the impact it
cannot be termed as successful. Therefore two other important measures o the financial impact is
needed. The two other important measures regarding the impact on the financial state are the
Document Page
18PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
costs saved that are also known as the income rate that is generated which can be termed as the
ROI. ROI is the cost for the venture or the project that is equivalent to the financial impact.
These measures and measuring steps benefits the organization in managing and looking
after the project during the implementation. A project which is well-managed from the beginning
of the project is considered to have a good position which certainly holds a good and big
Influence and a large ROI.
The basic and the commonly used framework of the project and their results of their
performances are the ROI, Business performance measure impact, Business financial impact,
milestones that are completed within the budget, milestones that are completed on time,
stakeholder perception of the value and also the stakeholder participation. Including or using any
of these seven project performance outcome fields, the process or the step that comes next is
about identifying the process of selection of the required performance measures that helps to
supervise those (Love et al. 2014). There is no correct solution to this, since each project is
distinct. There are selected and fragmented steps of measurement in the field of development
method to assist any organization to design the correct objective interventions for the project.
Looking after the aims of the zoo organization members, the report can conclude that the
members of the organization have aimed for the betterment and also the advancement of the zoo.
The points that they have mentioned to develop their structures mentioned the Excellent Animal
Care with world leading standards for animals in then Mawson Zoo. Facilities managers face
many distinct duties when supervising the management of animal care projects at their
organizations (Franklin 2014). These will differ depending on the type of unit they are
supervising, and also the species and type of studies becoming undertaken. Executives will
acquire understanding of fundamental animal leadership in fields such as recruitment,

domestication, animal identification, work with risks, retention of equipment, servicing of safety
devices, animal acquisition, and the reception and export of livestock to the plant.
There are many different types and sizes of facilities that house animals used for research
(Flyvbjerg 2014). Facility design, size, and resources available depend on many factors,
including the species being housed, the goals and types of research being performed, and the size
of the larger research enterprise that the facility serves. The kinds of programs can vary from
schools and universities, private non-profit study institutes and contract research organizations to
sectors such as pharmaceuticals (Kerzner 2017). The first and most effective and price-effective
technique of running a program is a centralized animal study program with as few autonomous
installations as possible. It is essential that the organization's management team takes into
account the distinctive requirements of each unit in combination with the organization's relevant
laws and policies, as well as the local region in which the program is situated, when assessing
management procedures.
The Mawson zoo authorities have claimed for delivering excellent Customer Service.
The organization has aimed for delivering the best possible experience for the visitors and the
partners. For recording this Project performance and success measurement the best tat an
organization can do is analyse data from the visitors. The organization can perform a data
analysis by performing certain surveys on the visitors (Alzahrani and Emsley 2013). The visitors
will feel free to fill up survey forms in any place or just some answers to the questions asked by
the analysis departments. The collection of the data and feedbacks from the visitors in this
process can take much more time than that is expected. The aim of the organization is to provide
the top class experience that will let the visitors want to visit the zoo again. For getting success in
this aim the organization needs to look upon the needs of the visitors. The best way to gain such
Document Page
20PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
information is the feedback or survey forms in the social media websites or platforms. The
visitors can show their eagerness on what they want to achieve from the zoo in the near future,
the suggestions as well as the things they disliked. The feedback pages will contain certain
question which can test the performance of the project depending fully upon the satisfactory
level of the visitors.
The use of Agile and scrum methodology also provides benefits to the organization in
respect of both the process of detection of the Project performance and success measurement.
The Agile methodology benefits Realization as a method for identifying, implementing and
measuring benefits. The Benefits Realization method allows the project to be identified and
enforced, that in turn causes to the distribution of inputs and the accomplishment of fixed
objectives (Colin and Vanhoucke 2014). The classification of advantages used for this study
articulates the concept that concrete and immaterial advantages exist. The project stakeholders
describe hard benefits as the significant benefits that can be anticipated from either the project.
These advantages are described in advance and committed to the venture. On both the other
hand, the soft benefits are immaterial and are processed from the experience in running Agile;
however, they have often been unforeseen.
The Mawsoon zoo needs to imply the methods of the agile methodology as they have
planned in implementing the process of data collection from the social media sites and also from
their websites (Aliverdi, Naeni and Salehipour 2013). The connection of the matter with the
information and technology in respect of managing the project creates more scope and aspect for
using the Agile and as well as the specific Scrum methodology.

3. Conclusion
This proposal in the case of the concerned organisation defines the clear ways in which
the different projects could be well maintained, well planned and thus would incur high form of
benefits for Mawson Zoo. The organisation is fully responsible for discovering new aspects
based on bringing new species within the zoo, understand the concerns of the customers and thus
defining new projects that would help in increasing the growing demands in the market. Along
with such kind of project definitions, the organisation would also need to understand the target
market and define new strategies that would help in bringing better forms of challenges for the
organisation.
The proposal discusses about the different kind of concepts in relation to the project.
These factors would be highly helpful in understanding the ways in which the different projects
would be performed. The certain concepts that have been selected for the proposal are:
accountability and certain responsibilities for the project management team, standardisation of
project methodologies, and integration of recognised project processes across the lifecycle of
projects and measuring of project performance and measurement of success. Based on focusing
and implication over such kind of concepts that have been defined, it would highly be helpful for
the organisation to benefit in the future. After the explanation of such concepts, the proposal also
discusses about the staged implementation schedule of such kind of recommendations that have

22PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY
4. Staged Implementation Schedule
Different kind of approaches could be developed in relation to the implementation of the
project. Certain forms of schedule should be defined and prepared in such a manner that it would
lead to successful development of projects and implementing them within the organisation. In the
case of the certain project the different concepts would need to be implemented within the
project. In the primary situation, the management of the organisation need to provide certain
form of accountability factors based on certain roles within the project. There should also be
certain kind of project methodologies set within the organisation. These would be managed by
the guidance of certain team members involved within the project. In the third step, the project
processes, which would be highly crucial would be implemented as per the definition of the
proper methodologies. After these project processes have been implemented and the work over
the project have been performed, the measurement of success within the project would also be
need to be maintained. Such kind of project processes would need to be implemented as per
proper maintenance of schedule in order to bring in better forms of impact towards the
organisation.
