The paper mainly reflects on the organization “John Wiley technology infrastructure company”
that mainly undertake IT related projects. As the present PMIS that is used by the organization is
inadequate for managing the project effectively therefore the company decided to properly scrap
the entire system for implementing the new system in the coming future. The paper reflects that
software like MS project, Oracle Primavera P6 as well as Accelo is needed for managing the
daily operations. In addition to this, the different types of hardware that are needed are also
reflected. Moreover, the paper showcases the various training needs that are required to be

The scope of the project is to determine a new PMIS system for meeting the requirements
of the organization in the next 10 years. In addition to this, the organization also wants to gather
information about the required hardware and software. Moreover, proper staffing and training
facility is provided to the project team so that they can be able to undertake the operations of the
organization properly. Moreover, the project also assumes thee money that is needed for the new
hardware and software.
2. Aims and objectives
The main aim of the organization is to identify, evaluate as well as recommend a new PM
information system, general PMIS software as well as recognizing hardware requirements that
are mainly suitable For John Wiley technology company for managing the project in the future
effectively.
The project objectives are listed below:
