Topic 1: Project Start-up Activities
1. Consultation with stakeholders
The project initialization starts with the use of the initial documentation such as
developing project initial documents and project charter (Percy 2016). These documents serve
the purpose of initial communication with the stakeholders for deploying the efficient and
improved communication. The use of the supportive stakeholder documentation would allow the
special implementation of the improved facilities for deployment. The project milestones include
the deployment of the improved information system connected on a single network that allows
the communication and management of the information and data.
The project requires the conveyance of the information to the required stakeholders so
that the transfer of information can be done successfully. The integration of the activities would
consent for the formation of the useful and integrated management of the process (Percy 2016).
The formation of the new network server structure is formed for storing the development of the
efficient operations of data management, integration of the operations, and development of the
support implementation.
2. Review of current and proposed architecture
The new architecture would allow the formation of the efficient network server that
would be helpful for listing the deployment of the efficient management of the information and
data. The data management can be implied with the help of integrated data server network. The
successive alignment of the functions for aligning the formation of the improved analysis
methods would be assisted by the use of the new network infrastructure.
