Introduction:
In this paper, we are looking forward for synchronizing the activities performed at multiple
sites of oil in Australia for the large multi-national company. The major role of the company
is to manage the supply and demand of the local market in relation with the availability of
fuel oil.
Project mission:
The aim of this paper is to develop a plan for the multi-national company to manage the
supply and demand of the oil in the environmental friendly way so that the company can
perform their normal operation with ease. The goal of the project is to maintain the flow of
work of the local community which they have to stop during the filling of the oil tankers due
to the release of flammable vapours of the fuel oil. The filling of the oil tank affect the
economic condition of the local community (Baker, 2010). The proposed project helps in
overcoming the problem faced by the local community and the environment by patching all
the leakages in the tank. The renovation of the tanks helps in carrying the work efficiently at
all levels (Maldives, 2015).
