5 PROJECT MANAGEMENT responsible of successfully designing as well as constructing different types of components then the changes in the price is kept to a minimum which are further isolated to some instances where unknown requests or cost necessitates increases. The design build method is mainly utilized for different types of construction projects where the owner requires to properly establish the requirement prior to the design. Royale pizza is one of the companies that is established in the year 2007 and the main aim of the company is to increase the quality of food that will further enhance the annual sales as well as profitability. As the owner of the shop decided to renovate the entire shop therefore the renovation will be done based on the “design build” method. This delivery method is mainly selected as the project has a tight schedule and the entire project is mainly splited for delivering it in a package-based approach (Park and Kwak 2017).The stages of the design build project delivery lifecycle methodology are mainly elaborated below: Design phase:In this specific phase, proper project plan for renovating the Pizza shop was done. In addition to this, the entire design for the building is done which is further approved by the contractor. Procurement and delivery phase:In the procurement and delivery phase, all the needs as well as purchase order for renovation are done. In addition to this, the way of delivery as well as expediting are also selected (Harthanet al.2018). Construction phase:In the construction phase, all the construction work for completing the renovation of the building was done. Moreover, other works associated with construction are also performed by the workers.

The success of the project will be measured with the help of the following factors that are elaborated below: Achieving project goals and objectives:If the work of renovation gets complete properly by creating space which further enhances the yearly profit of the shop by 25% then the project will be considered to be very much successful (Badewi 2016). Completion of project on time and budget:If the work of renovation gets completed within 4 months of time by utilizing budget of around AU$40,000 then the project will be considered to be successful.
