3PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Answer to Question 1
As per the estimated schedule, the project cannot be completed by the April 3 deadline
before the 2020 season. The stadium will be actually completed before the start of 2021 season
and the estimated finishing date is 29th March, 2021.
Answer to Question 2
The critical path of the project is shown in the following diagram (the path is marked in
red).

Answer to Question 3
Based on the estimated schedule, it is not recommended for G&E to pursue this contract.
This is mainly because the schedule does not match with the schedule actually provided by the

MLB board and G&E will have to pay $250,000 per day of delay from April 3, 2020 to the
expected completion date i.e. March 29, 2021.
