INTRODUCTION
Project management is considered as essential method to plan, execute activities in

Scope
Project scope can be defined as integral part of planning that determine and document
task goals, features, tasks, deadlines and cost. Project manager (PM) is responsible to manage
entire activities (Project Scope Management: What It is and Why It’s Important, 2018).
This website for I-crop will help in providing easy transaction to assist in offering
ownership to buyers while making payment. Individuals will be able to find their solutions and

Risk management plan is another essential part where project manager must identify all
issues and evaluate these constraints (Project quality management, 2018). PM must prepare plan
to mitigate these risks. It is a document that is prepared to foresee all kinds of risks associated
with particular project and estimating their impact. Manager of proposal designs a mitigating
plan so that negative events can be avoided to minimise consequences of these issues. In this
system for I-crop project, an individual has identified various risks.
These are described as below:
Risk 1: Finding new customer

 Description: Globex Corporation has never worked online before this project thus; it does
not have good understanding about attracting new consumers through online website
(Banda, 2017).

 Root cause: Globex has started working on this new technology without gathering much
information about needs and preferences of consumers about online payment system.
 Triggers: It may be possible that misunderstanding gets created because of lack of
knowledge about expectations of clients.
 Risk response: Project Manager of Globex Corporation must collect information of
consumers, their needs. PM has to conduct meeting with all staff to identify their
expectations. This will help in minimizing people risk

Quality management plan
It is considered as integral part of any project and the main purpose is to maintain quality and
conduct this project according to pre-determined standards. Quality manager is responsible to
manage this aspect and control over issues related to Stakeholder’s expectation management ,
iincomplete information collection etc.
Team philosophy
Team philosophy is to work in unity and follow instruction of PM properly. Team
members of new cash system by Globex Corporation must ensure benchmarking requirements
and have to address issues related to quality. Higher authorities have to check each activity
closely and should try to avoid such tasks that can increase chances of poor quality. All staff has
to concentrate on their working efficiency and must ensure that they fulfil all standards to
manage scope of this project well (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016).

PM will ensure whether all stakeholders are satisfied or not (Gustafsson & Yadav, 2013).
Manager will look at the traffic on its new website for online cash system to identify future
requirements of this project. Furthermore, it will be ensured that whether income has been raised
or not as expected with this proposal. Project Manager will look at the comments of existing
consumers and its operational benefits to evaluate MOV.
It has been found that this project has met with the set values and standards. This met
with expectations of all stakeholders successfully and has finished within specified period of
time.
CONCLUSION
From the above study, it can be concluded that PM was required to plan activities effectively
so that project can be completed successfully. Communication and planning are two essential
functions that support in getting positive results. Team working plays significant role to manage
and accomplish it with quality. Higher authorities have to check each activity closely and should
try to avoid chances of poor quality. Furthermore, study has produced scope management plan
that has articulated in increased profit of this company. In addition, risk analysis and quality
management plan was prepared. It can be established that proper risk management plan supports
in minimising negative effects and support in making tasks successful.
