Define scope: It is essential to define scope and determine deliverables, assumptions,

online cash system website for I-crop by Globex corporation project (Gustafsson & Yadav,

resources. Here, the manager will need people or human resources. PM has to allot
responsibilities to each person as per their skills and abilities. If they are performing well and
contributing well then manager will be able to accomplish the objectives (Banda, 2017).
Furthermore, manager will require technological resources such as hardware like CPU,
printer, software etc. so that this new website can be developed effectively. Other resources for
travelling, training etc are vital for this proposal. If all required resources are available, then

APPENDIX
Biblography 1: Gustafsson, B., & Yadav, B. (2013). Closing IT projects: A Swedish public
sector. Master Thesis in Informatics, 1-61.
Authors have conducted research on two Swedish public companies; both these firms are
involved in IT projects. The study has clearly stated that it is important for project manager to
perform two functions before starting the project and executing it at workplace. These essential
activities are planning and communicating outcome. Plan plays significant role in project
management because if manager has planned each activity properly then it will help in
minimising consequences and increasing chances of success. Proper planning aids in identifying
issues and finding solutions to mitigate risks. Furthermore, another function that has been
highlighted in this thesis is that it is necessary for PM to interact with all team members properly
and communicate them the actual progress. This can support in making project successful.

comprehensive project life cycle model including the project incubation/feasibility phase and the
post-project evaluation phase. PM World Journal. 1(5). 1-40.
This article clearly states significance of each phase in the project management. Progress of
entire project or actual success is measured in evaluation phase. All team members are required
to measure whether project has achieved its goal or not. Higher authorities have to evaluate
benefits for all stakeholders. Author of this article has concentrated on all these stages that have
helped in measuring actual progress.
