INTRODUCTION
• Project management is being defined as work done by team to
reach the goals of the project. The required information related
to project is presented in documentation which is developed
when project is going to start (Tereso and et. al., 2019).
• Scottish power is an energy producing company is the
distribution network operator with this they also supply the
electricity and gas to homes.
• This presentation will evaluate project in Scottish power that
they are working and its characteristics and role of project
