Reflection
The paper focuses on the reflection that is mainly prepared based on the learning
experience as well as on the basis of journal entries that are done in BREO. Those journal
articles are generally added on proper basis based on the various key skills that are developed in
the initial learning in the unit. It is found that since semester one-unit learning, I have tried by
best to develop my skills on academic writing and how to read an article for paraphrasing its key
elements. In addition to this, I have learnt different ways of referencing as well as in-text
citations that are required for academic writing. Furthermore, all this skill that are developed are
utilized for preparing a document for final submission.
Communication
I have improved my skills in both verbal and written communication during initial
learning of the unit. It is considered as one of thee significant function that is closely associated
for discussing ideas as well as thoughts by bridging the gap that exists between the individuals.
Improvement within both verbal and written communication helps in managing the conflicts that
occur within the project and assists in making the conducted project successfully. Furthermore, I
have analyzed that classroom discussion, presentation as well as report writing plays an
important role in clarifying the conflicts and helps in improving knowledge about a certain topic
so that a particular work can be achieved successfully.
Numeracy
I have analyzed that numeracy plays an important role in analyzing the business case as
numeracy helps in developing proper logical thinking as well as reasoning related strategies.
This is further evidenced by using data as well as statistics that are gathered from the seminar

activities. It is found that proper numeracy is required for solving issues as well as by making
proper sense of the time, patterns, numbers as well as shaping the activities. Furthermore, I have
analyzed that the ability of applying maths-based concept in the project helps in properly
understanding numbers, counting’s, measuring as well as noticing patterns successfully. All
these skills are necessary for managing the work of thee project as well as analyzing issues
effectively so that project objectives can be achieved efficiently.
ICT
I have also developed skills related with ICT within this unit and this I have evidenced
during the use of MS office program. I have been able to learn proper use of MS Office program
by gaining knowledge about each and every option that are present so that the project document
can be prepared successfully. During this unit learning, I have also utilized MS Project, MS excel
as well as MS word in order to prepare report on London technology and AI trade show so that
proper idea about the event can be provided. I have utilized MS excel in order to prepare the cost
benefit analysis that is required for reflecting that the undertaken project is feasible or not.
Furthermore, I have used MS project in order to prepare the schedule as well as budget of the
project so that the high management can approve the project for next phase. MS word is utilized
in order to prepare document on the project. The ICT based skills that I have learnt during this
unit learning has helped me in completing the work of the project quite efficiently.

I have gained a number of skills in problem solving that I have evidenced by analyzing a
