Task 1
1. Type of project for JKB Bloggins Ltd
The project for the JKB Bloggins Ltd would include the development of a specific site
building along with the required equipments. The type of the project is Market Driven as the
construction of the building for JKB Bloggins Ltd. is inspired from the needs of the customer
and to some extent the trend of the market.
The JKB Bloggins Ltd is employed for the development of their operations with the
manufacturing of the new building for the construction and installing new equipments. The
market driven project is implied for the formation of the effective employment (Fleming and
Koppelman 2016). The integration of the deployed methods would be formed for the
development of the operations of JKB Bloggins Ltd and it would form the management of the
operations.
2. Scope Management and tools useful for the scope subdivision
According to Devaux (2014), the scope management is a process of ensuring that all the
required works in the project is include so that the project can be completed successfully along
with controlling the project. The alignment of the project in scope items is formed for ensuring
that the project is aligned successfully.
The scope management is deployed for ensuring that all crucial works of the projects is
implied for the development of the improved functional analysis along with the integration of the
operations (Schwalbe 2015). The management of the operations would be formed for the
alignment of the project management principles for JKB Bloggins Ltd. The use of the WBS

would be helpful for showing the sub divisions of the scope by the help of the work packages as
the work packages are aligned with the scope of the project.
3. Difference between Gantt chart and critical path
The full project Gantt chart is deployed for the development of the detailed project
schedule development (Walker 2015). The use of the specific Gantt chart would be helpful for
ensuring that the project schedule is developed successfully. The Gantt chart represents the
complete list of the activities of the project and it would form the development of the complete
analysis of the processes. However, the critical path helps in analysing the crucial and important
activities of the project. A critical path may omit the activities that can run along a critical project
activity or activities.
4. Project Success Evaluation
The project success evaluation can be done by analysing the activities of the project in
terms of the success factors (Larson and Gray 2013). The deployment of the success criteria
evaluation would be helpful for realizing the development of the project and evaluate the
progress. The project must be completed in the expected cost and time for ensuring the success
of the project.
5. Change Management Plan
The changes in the project can be managed by the help of the change management plan
and implying it for the successful change implication (Devaux 2014). A project might require the
modification of the operations, scope or activities and the change management plan helps in
ensuring that the changes of the project are implied successfully. The change management plan

is helpful for managing both internal and external changes. The activities of the change
management are,
1) Introduction of the process for submission, evaluation, and approval of the
changes
2) Definition of the guidelines for the team members

5) Documentation and tracking of the changes for the project
Some changes that would be included in the project of constructing the new
manufacturing site for the JKB Blogging Ltd along with improved equipments and technology
are relocation, data migration, handling of new equipments, and alignment of the operations at
the new manufacturing site. The development of the change management plan would be helpful
for overcoming the issues of the changes and implement it successfully.
6. Methods of Project Success
The project evaluation, monitoring, and control are implied for ensuring that the project
is completed in the estimated time duration (Kerzner 2013). The development of the project
evaluation is done by evaluating the project in terms of cost and time. The Monitoring of the
project is done with the help of the development of the project progress report for ensuring that
the project is progressing as expected. The use of the project schedule and cost estimation plan
would be helpful in ensuring that the project is completed in the estimated time and budget. The
project progress report would help the operations of the project.

objectives, deliverables, milestone, project schedule, network diagram, work breakdown
structure, risk matrix, communication plan, and quality management. The alignment of the
project would help the analysis of the project formation.
Purpose of the Plan

implementing their operations. The alignment of the project plan would help in forming the
