1. Selection of project at target company
The paper mainly reflects on the construction of “Leopold Shopping Centre” by ADCO
construction company which is one of the established construction companies in Australia. The
Leopold shopping centre mainly includes a proper standout example of a fully integrated design
and construction of a retail solution which generally includes Kmart, ALDI 40 speciality stores,
dinning precinct with the brownfield redevelopment. The shopping centre also includes a
foresight of a new loading dock. In addition to this, the vision of the project also includes
extensive landscaping, car parking facility as well as construction of pavement.
2. Background of the project

centre in Australia for providing proper services to the nearby people. The construction of
