approaches strictly so as to accomplish
the deliverables of the project and
complete the project in an efficient and
effective manner. Besides this the course
has also helped me in learning the needs
that the customers are having along with
the requirements which are needed in
order to complete the project
successfully by application of proper as
well as effective project management
skills. Along with this I also understood
the different kind of project
management skills that are to be
implemented in the project in order to
accomplish a project of higher quality.
This course helped me in understanding
the fact that a very vital role is played by
the quality of the project which is also

Application of the proper management
skills is very helpful in bringing out the
best desired output.
The entire course helped me in learning
the fact that the most important phases
that are required in order to have a
successful project is that every step
involved in the project should be done in
a sequential manner so as to accomplish
and deliver the project by fulfilling the
entire scope of the project:
Project management consists of five
major step which includes the Project
initiation which is followed by the
project execution, monitoring and
controlling, and closure. Initiation is the
first stem in which the goals, objectives
and scope of the project is identified,
which is followed by the execution of
the project. Once executed monitoring
of the project is done along with
controlling the project. After the
completion of monitoring and
controlling phase comes the closure
phase. I have already been associated
with the implementation of all this
phases in my real life scenario so as to
do my works in a proper way.
