INTRODUCTIONProject management is the process if planning, developing, organizing, controlling andmonitoring various activities for the effective completion of each activity of the project andachieving the specific goals and objective of the project as well (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017).The present study includes a project management plan of relocation of the office. This projectmanagement report includes appropriate strategy for the completion of project along withPESTLE analysis of the product. It also shows work breakdown structure of for analysingvarious major components of the task for project development. It shows Gantt Chart of theproject to show way of effective completion of the project. In addition, the study also showsvarious risks involved in the project management along with providing responsibilities,accountability consulted and informed matrix as to set responsibilities and accountability ofvarious group members in completion of the project. Further, the study also shows strategy forthe stakeholders management for improving their wealth with successful completion of theproject.MAIN BODYProject contextThe present project management plan is for a company situated in Metropolis CityCenter. It is made to develop effective planning and procedures for the purpose of officerelocation. The company wants to relocate its existing call center from the Metropolis city centerto a new business park of periphery (Eskerod and Jepsen, 2016). The report is to relocate theoffice containing 250 staff. In the business park of periphery, as there are range of buildingsavailable for the relocation purpose, the plan shows various plans and strategies and plans tochoose the best building for the relocation purpose. Although, each building needs to beinnovated for developing a separate space for various employees of the company includingsenior executives, some separate teams including finance and payroll team, human resourcedepartment. Call center operation department, etc. furthermore, the present project developmentplan is also includes strategies and plans in context to the transferring all the equipment to thenew building along with refurbishment of all the staff members over there. For the purpose of improving effectiveness of activities of project, the p[lpan includesvarious methods and techniques such as stakeholders mapping, Agiles, Pinnce2 techniques, etc.adoption of these techniques will help in enhancing the effectiveness of the project completion.1

Further, it will help in reduction of risk, reducing cost, and improving control measures ofvarious activities of the project. Along with all the above mentioned plans, policies andtechniques regarding completion of a range of business activities, the plan also includes budgetso as to successful completion of the project in the most economical way. The budget showsvarious expenses and costs that would need to be incurred for performing various activities forthe project of relocating the office. In this order, the overall planning and procedure for therelocation of office is being developed.Rationale for the proposed plans and choice of methods. The project of office relocation seems to be attractive as various professional skills isneeded to be involved in order to enhance the effectiveness of various project activities. Further,successful completion of the office relocation project can help in generating higher amount ofincome and commission as well (Fleming and Koppelman, 2016). These are some of the corereasons behind selection of the project of office relocation. Moreover, the while in order toimproving the effectiveness of the plan, various techniques such as Agiles and Prince2techniques are being chosen. Adoption of these techniques helps in development of interrelatingvarious activities of the project management plan so as to improve the cross functioning systemof in the project. With the help of these techniques, the collaboration of various activities forenhancing there effectiveness would also be improved. For gaining these results and improvingvarious project activities, decision of adopting these techniques have been taken. Further, inclusion of activities relating to the risk management is being decided for thepurpose of predicting the risk involved in the successful completion of the project. It will help indeveloping effective plan, policies and procedures foe the project in such a way so that theoverall risk involved in the project could be minimized. Moreover, with the help of effective riskmanagement activities, risk of suffering a huge loss from due to failure of any activity could beeliminated. In order to this, risk management is being decided to be involved. In addition, stakeholders matrix is also involved in the project management plan. Itwould help in generating ideas with the help of which wealth of the stakeholders would beenhanced (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). Further, with the help of effective stakeholders matrix,ability of earning maximum amount to profit from the project will also being enhanced. In thisregard, stakeholders matrix has been decided to be involved in the project management planreport.2

PESTLE AnalysisPestle analysis of the project is important as it helps in analysing effect of variousexternal factors that are not in the control of management, but they may effect the performanceof various activities of the office relocation project. Pestle analysis of these projects can beanalysed as under:Political factors: Political factor refers to affect of political parties over various activitiesof the project. Existing political party can develop various rules and regulations that caneffect the relocation procedure of the office. For example, they can pass any rule due towhich relocation procedure can be restricted. It may result in failure of the project.Economical factors: Economical factor refers to elements of economical condition ofthe whole country. It includes various factors such as bank rate, interest rate in thecountry, inflation in the country, etc. all these economical factor have a direct impactover the spending power (Kerzner, 2018). For example, in case of enhancement in theinflation, the amount of expenses to be incurred while completion of project may enhanceas compare to the budgeted expenses. Due this factor, the smoothness of completion ofthe project may effect due to insufficiency of the fund.Social factor: Social factors includes attitude and behavior of the society towards someissues such as health and environment. It can effect the construction and innovationprocedure of the office. Further, some another issues such as mobility of resources in thesociety and attitude of employees can also affect the relocation procedure such as staffrelocation, availability of various resources required for relocation and constructionpurpose.Technological factor: Technological factor also can affect the completion of variousactivities of the project management. Various latest technological equipment can be usedfor performing numerous activities such as transformation of office equipment,construction of space in the office, etc. it would help in enhancing the efficiency ofworking. Legal factors: In order to plan various activities of the present project of officerelocation, various legislation such as employment law, health and safety law, etc.ignorance of this factors may result in imposition of heavy value of penalties (Schwalbe,2015). In this regard, these factors also have impact over the project management plan.3

Environmental factor: These factors includes natural elements such as climates,weather, natural disasters, etc. these factors can have a major impact over officerelocation. For example, due to heavy rainfall, construction of more space in the newbuilding may get affected. It can affect the successful completion of the office relocationproject.Work breakdown structure4
