INTRODUCTION
Project management involves the planning and organization of the company's resources
which are very essential for moving a specific task and event for the duty of towards the
completion. In this project report the case study is about the Bucks Students planning a Music
festival in the University. This report will be comparing and critically analysing the three project
management methodology which can be used for the analysis of the disadvantages of using these
project management methodologies. In this report a network diagram is prepared for
determination of the critical path and also the completing the project in the shortest time
possible. This report will provide stakeholder analysis in which internal and external
stakeholders are to be identified. This report is also going to provide a risk analysis for the
project that is going to be prepared.
TASK 1
Comparison and critical analysation of the project management methodologies
Waterfall methodology :
The waterfall methodologies is also considered to be the traditional approach to the
project management. It is the task and the phases in which the project is completed in a linear
form and is considered to be done in sequential manner. In each of the stage the project needs to
be completed in terms of before it has begun in this kind of methodology (Carôt and et.al.,
2020). This methodology is considered to have its end goals clearly defined and it does not
change. The stakeholders of the project are also quite aware of the what they want from the
analysis. The waterfall methodology is considered to be the very consistent and predictable.
Agile Methodology :
The agile project management methodology has come from growth in the dissatisfaction
with a direct approach to the traditional project methodologies. These methodologies is also
considered to be having boundaries of the project management ways which couldn't adapt with
some project as it is progressed with the emphasis of beginning to shift towards the extra
iterative models. It is also the factor that the teams study their project as it needs to through the
procedure instead of the having to wait for the until the end of the review and amend. In this
concept of Agile methodology. In this report the methodology suggests that the stakeholders and
clients are involved in the every stage (Hair and Sarstedt, 2021).

Scrum methodology :
This is the methodology which is considered to be the framework in which the project
management methodology in itself is able to shorten the cycle of the sprints that are usually
known to take backlogs for each sprint in the interactions. It is also very important for the project
with this methodology to understand the duration of the sprinting and also review the
performance of the necessary changes, The duration of these methodologies is considered to be
little higher than that of the other methodologies as it has detailed tasks that are related to the
performance. The continuous improvement of the organization is also considered to be very
effective in the commitment of the ways in which the team is needed to make work.

TASK 3
Stakeholder analysis
Stakeholders in a project are the individuals that have some kind of interest in the project.
The reason why they are important are that their operations rely on their ability to work together
towards the business goals and is considered to be very effective on influencing the success of
the project. There are two type of stakeholders internal and external (Ika, L.A., and et.al., 2020).
Internal stakeholders in this project are the group of people that are involved in the project such
as the team members, managers, executives and other active members of the union. External
stakeholders on the other hand are considered to be the people that are outside of the project and
are including the user, suppliers and investors for instance those which do not have the direct
connections with the project.
