Introduction
In the area of project management, there are various types of projects. Based on the
projects, there are different business industries. Whatever the project types and the industries are,
the selection of a proper project management methodology is very important. Project
management methodology refers to the handling of the different types of activities required for
completing the projects. In each and every type of projects, the success rate is highly dependent
on the selection of the project management methodology. If the chosen method is not proper,
then the organization may not have the desired level of success in their goal (Kerzner and
Kerzner 2017). The project management methodologies are associated with management of the
scope of the projects, total execution plan, budget plan, time schedule, management of the risks
and the delivery of the end product. There are several project management methodologies
available in the concerned field differentiated by the process execution (Marcelino-Sádaba et al.
2014). The selection of the project management methodologies are dependent on the types of the
projects or the area of the project work. In order to select a proper methodology, it is very
important to understand the impacts, advantages and challenges associated with the different
types of available methodologies.
In this paper, three project management organizations have been chosen for analyzing the
impact of three different project management methodologies on the business objectives of the
organizations. The organization chosen for the analysis are organization A, B, C. All the three
organizations are conducting their business in the area of the management of the different types
of projects. The sizes and organizational structures and operating environment are different for
the three selected organizations. Three different project management methodologies have been
selected for the three organizations and the impacts have been analyzed in this paper.

The organization A is dealing with the different types of technology related project
works. The company is working on the manufacturing of the high technology products. The main
objectives of the business of this organization is to grow the market over the northern and
southern region of America and Brazil. The association is wanting to set up deals and promoting
division for setting up an ease and cutting edge producing plan. For doing as such, the
association needs a quick execution of task administration approach and foundation of a
neighbourhood venture group. The association right now has 2100 representatives and has home
