well as implementing a project successfully. The project management plan is generally utilized in
order to effectively as well as efficiently guiding all the different aspects of the project quite
effectively. It is found that the project manager selects proper project methodology in order to execute
the project quite effectively.
In this paper, the significance as well as importance of project methodology is mainly
reflected with the help of the learning outcomes that is mainly gained. The lecture notes as well as

The course mainly provides us the ideas as well as reasons, why the concept of project
management methodology is adopted by the organizations. I generally learnt that the project
management methodologies are mainly adopted by the organization while undertaking a project in
order to achieve successful execution within the project. I have learnt number of benefits of project
management methodologies within the organization. I have analyzed that project management
methodology mainly helps in enabling the project organization to tackle the delivery of the project

quite systematically in a quite integrated manner for various types of acceptable risk. In addition to
this, I have identified that the project management methodology assists in providing confidence to the
customers, partners as well as senior management so that the delivery organization can be able to
manage large project for delivering the entire project quite effectively. Project management
methodology is mainly adopted by the organization so that at the operational level, the organization
can be able to empower the entire team of the project. This is quite essential for enabling the delivery
organization in order to deliver proper cost-effective as well as scheduled compressed solutions. In
addition to this, I have learnt that the utilization of project management methodology is quite helpful
in effective in planning as well as controlling the project of the organization quite successfully.
With the help of this course, I have analyzed the significance of project planning. As appropriate
project management methodology is very much helpful in planning the project therefore the
organizations generally adopts appropriate methodologies of project management so that the entire
project can be effectively managed as well as executed. With this course, I have properly understood
that the utilization of project management methodologies generally not only assists in proper planning
of the project but also helps in resolving the challenges that are associated with the project. It is found
that I have got proper as well as clear idea of various reasons why the adoption of project
management methodology is helpful for the organizations.
Evidence
I have worked as project manager in one of the software manufacturing organization where I
have utilized the agile project methodology within the organization in order to manage as well as
handle the entire execution of the project quite effectively. With the utilization of agile project
management methodology, I have successfully completed the entire project and have able to complete
the entire project within the expected time as well as schedule. It is found that in agile methodology of
project management, testing phase is considered as one of the important phase that generally helps in
ensuring that the project that we have undertaken is on the right track and it will be helpful in meeting
the requirements of the clients. Moreover, after undertaking the entire course, I have gained

Methodologies upon stakeholders
Summary
After achieving proper knowledge on the concept of project management methodology, I
have successfully understood the significance of project management methodology upon the various
stakeholders of the project. It is identified that the selection of project management methodology
generally helps in creating huge impact on the stakeholders of the project. I have analyzed that
stakeholders are one of the important part for the project and therefore it is very much important to
keep them quite informed about the progress that is generally achieved within the entire project. I
have analyzed that the methodology of project management generally helps in ensuring that proper
communication plan is generally needed for the project so that appropriate transfer of information
can be done between the different stakeholders who are mainly associated with the project. It is
identified that communication generally plays a great role in achieving success within the project. In
addition to this, I have analyzed that the project management methodology generally acts as one of
the integral part in the planning as well as execution of the project. It is quite necessary to select the
project methodology so that the stakeholders of the project can be able to work effectively within the
project and can be able to achieve success.
As appropriate project management is one of the challenging task there the stakeholders of
the project involves in selecting the right project methodology for the project so that the entire project
can be effectively managed. I have successfully determined the role that the project stakeholders play
within the project in order to execute the project quite successfully. The role of project stakeholders
is generally considered as one of the integral part of the project and they generally plays a great role

of the project management methodologies. I have analyzed that selection of project methodology by
the stakeholders of the project should be done effectively so that the entire project can be delivered
within the expected time and the stakeholders of the project does not face any type of construction in
working with the project.
Learning outcome 3: Explain and justify the major elements of a Project Management
Methodology that might meet the needs of an organisation
Summary
After undertaking the entire course, the I analyzed the major elements that are associated
with the project management methodology for meeting the requirements as well as demands of the
organization. I have identified that proper scheduling as well as management of the project are
considered as important aspect of project methodology that generally assists in meeting the entire
need of an organization quite effectively. It is found that project scheduling as well as management
plays a significant role in finishing the project within the expected time and budget. It is found that
proper scheduling of the project mainly allows interchangeability within the project and provides
tracking for ensuring that whether the project will be delivered within the time by meeting all the
requirements as well as demands of the customers or not. It is found that if the entire project is
successfully scheduled then the cost that is associated with the project will generally get reduced and
thus the entire project will be successfully get completed within the budget that is approved by the
project sponsor.
It is found that with the help of the effective project management one can get assured that the

followed so that the entire project must be successfully completed within the expected budget and

Thus, managing project is considered to be significant as it helps in architecting the entire project
properly so that with the help of proper planning, the entire project from the start till execution will be
able to get fit within the entire framework. It is found that good task management helps in enabling
the goals as well as objectives of the project so that it will get successfully align with the goals as well
as objectives of the project successfully.

methodology is gained by me from the lecture classes as well as from the help of the various study
materials. When I was working as an intern in one of the software project, I have gained knowledge as
well as significance of project scheduling as well as management. I have understood that proper
project scheduling is quite necessary to finish the entire project within the expected outcome by
meeting the objectives as well as goals of the entire project. I have analyzed that project management
is also important for finishing the project successfully and it also plays a great role in managing the

It can be concluded from this paper that project management methodology generally assists in
playing a great role manging as well as executing the entire project within the time and budget that is
approved. I have also analyzed that appropriate selection of project management methodology is quite
important for the success of the project as the selection of the project not only creates impact on the
project but also helps in creating impact on the project stakeholders who are mainly associated with
the project. The selection of the methodology must be done as per the size of the organization and the
on the project that is mainly undertaken by the team members of the project. From this entire course I
have analyzed the significance of the project stakeholder within the project and it mainly determined
by me that stakeholder engagement within the project helps in creating positive impact on the project
success. In addition to this, I have analyzed that proper utilization of various elements of project
methodology assists in achieving the success of the project. Proper management as well as scheduling
assists in finishing the entire project within time and generally plays a great role in meeting the goals
as well as objectives of the organization.
