INTRODUCTION Project management can be defined as a manager who appoints in order to achieve the goal of the specific project. The project ensures that the organisation should deliver the desired goal of the project by the use of effective techniques and tools(Anantatmula and Rad, 2018). For this report, project has been undertaken into the account that is relation to hosting a new musical festival at the local Town hall. It will be organised in relation to celebrate the achievements of the alumni. In this report there will be discussion about the various project methodologies that can help them to achieve the goal. Along with that stakeholder analysis will also be undertaken into the account. After that network diagram, WBS and risk analysis will also be evaluated. MAIN BODY TASK 1 Methodologies In order to organise the musical festival in the town hall there are various methodologies that can be implemented in order to make the project more successful. Bucks Student union has been assigned to assist a team that will be hosting a music festival. Some of the methodologies are described below that can be used by the union in order to make the project more successful in society. ď‚·Agile: -This project methodologies can be defined as effective use of the resources that have been implemented in the project. It aims to give much benefit to the individuals who are carrying out the project work(Bjorvatn and Wald, 2018). In relation to the given project of introducing a musical event, they can use agile methodology through which they can gain so much advantage of the project that will be produced by them. This will help them to achieve the goal of the project and they will become able to attract a large number of people towards their musical event. ď‚·Waterfall: -In this type of project methodology each and every work is divided very carefully so that the project work can be carried out smoothly. This project methodology facilitates the managers of the project in order to execute effective course of actions through which they can become able to achieve the specific goals and objectives of the business. In relation to the project of executing musical event waterfall methodology can be implemented through which each and every task can be distributed effectively.

Task 2 Network diagram Network diagrams can be defined as graphical presentations which consist of all the activities of the project of the business. It is very important for the managers that help in analysing the goals and the objectives of the project that has to be achieved at a particular time. Analysing this diagram facilitates the organisation to take necessary actions related to the future activities. On the other hand the shortest time period in order to finish the project of a musical event can be of 116 days. Task 3 Stakeholder analysis This analysis helps the managers of the project in order to take better decisions regarding the project. There are various stakeholders that are involved in the project and these can be customers, investors, managers, workers etc. Stakeholder analysis helps the organisation to make effective strategies that have a relation to the specified stakeholders. Stakeholder analysis is mentioned below in relation to the 'Bucks students' union music festival: -
ď‚·High power, low interest: - In this part of the stakeholder analysis, those stakeholders included who have high power in order to manipulate the operations but with that has low interest in the operations of the organisation(Kerzner, 2019). In relation to the given project of musical event, committee members of the project can be undertaken into this point of the analysis. ď‚·High power, high interest: - Under this part of the stakeholder matrix, those people come under who have huge power in order to manipulate the operations and along with that high interest in the operational values of the organisation. For this part of the analysis investors can be the main stakeholders who have high power and relatively who have more interest in the project. ď‚·Low power, high interest: - In this type of stakeholder matrix those people are considered who have less power in order to influence the operations of the organisation and have relatively high interest in the operational values. In relation to this point organisers of the project can be considered because they have high interest but relatively less power in order to regulate the working of the project. ď‚·Low power, low interest: - Under this category of the stakeholder analysis, those people are considered who have low power in order to manipulate the operations and relatively low interest in the values of the organisation(Zwikael and Smyrk, 2019). Mainly audiences are being considered at this point of the project.

TASK 4 WBS WBS stands for work breakdown structure and it can be defined as the main foundation or component in the project management(Guertler and Sick, 2021). It includes various components such as time management, resource allocation, risk analysis, work scheduling etc through which projects can be made more successful in the organisation. There is a need for various elements that are used in order to create effective WBS such as scope of work, budget, cost performance etc(Crawford, 2021).
