INTRODUCTION Project management refers managing work of a team with skills and knowledge in order to attain goals of the organisation(Picciotto, 2020). It helps in determining the idea of client and make projects as per their requirements. While managing a single project the management of project takes proper care of all the activities which are required for completing the assign task successfully. This provides a gateway who the whole project could be managed and activities involvement at the time of it's preparation. This report of project management is prepared for organising amusical festival in order to celebrate achievement of alumniat the local Town Hall. This project involves aims and objectives of project with this in depth planning is done which included overview of project, methodologies to evaluate satisfaction of stakeholders, network diagram, stakeholder analysis and risk analysis. MAIN BODY Projects Aims and Objectives AIMS The aim of organising this event is to create a good and joyful moment and celebrate achievement. OBJECTIVES ï‚·To conducting the best music events which has not being conducted till now. ï‚·To provide relaxing environment to visitors. ï‚·To celebrate achievement of alumni Project Plan Overview The plan is to conduct a music event in the local home for the alumni how has been graduated recently. To celebrate the achievement of alumni this music event is being conducted in this early autumn. Methodologies The project methodologies refers to the way that is being used in order to perform the activities of the project(Aanbari and Kwak, 2018). There are certain methodologies which can be adopted in order to enhance productivity and efficiency of project. As per the goals and
objectives of the project the suitable technology is being used. For preparing this project report of music festival Waterfall methodology is the most suitable one for the successful competition of this project. Waterfall Methodologyis being used since a long time, it's a traditional approach. In this type of methodology the another task is being stated before the completion of earlier task. This approach is only being used when the aims and objects of the project is being pre decided and is not going to change(Zwikael and Smyrk, 2019).Along with this the things which are included at the time of preparation of the project is also being pre decided. While preparing this project of organising music event the aim and objective is already being decided and are not going to change at any cost. With this the roles and responsibilities which each and every individual has to perform is also pre decided and they are very clear about it. There are certain benefits of using this waterfall methodologies which are stated below - Clear structure –The structure of whole event is pre decided and it clear among each other. All the necessary steps required at the time of preparation of event is clear among each other. The changes of overlapping of work also do not occurs and the team knows they have to perform only the assigned task. This increases the effective of event and results in successful completion of events. Evaluating end goal earlier –With the use of waterfall methodology it possible to evaluate the end gaol at a very earlier stage. As everyone is aware about the allotted work so they perform work according to it and if they found any necessary changes it required then they are able to take necessary changes timely. This save a lot of time, efforts and cost at the time of conducting event and makes it better for the viewers. Network diagram Network diagramisa graphicalform of presentationof operationsthatarebing conducted within the business units. In order to develop a better and deep understanding by the activities of project network diagram is being prepared(Delisle, 2019). This helps in achieving the goals and aims of the project timely and effectively. When an event is being conducted all it's operations are being interconnected with each other, this can be easily understood with the help of this diagram. Along with this, the organisation can easily evaluate the cost or resources which are being unnecessary incurred within the business units.

The primary stakeholders are the one which are highly affected, secondary stakeholder which are indirectly affected and tertiary stakeholdersare the who are least affects with the operation of businesses. To perform stakeholder analysis they are being categorised on the basis of power and interest. The stakeholder analysis of the music event is being mentioned below -

High power, low interest –The stakeholders lying under this quadrant, has high power with them but their interest towards performing the activities of business is very low. In context to the music event the interest of students working voluntary has a very low interest towards the operation of events as they are not being paid for it but have high power as other management member have(Bredillet, Tywoniak and Tootoonchy, 2018). High power, high interest -The stakeholders lying under this quadrant, has high power along with the high level of interest towards performing the activities of business. The one who is being conducting the event has at most power because they are the one who is organising the event with this they are highly interested towards the successful of the music event. Low power, high interest -The stakeholders lying under this quadrant, has low power with them but their interest towards performing the activities of business is very high. The students who will be attend the event as the visitors have a low power with them, but they are super excited for the successful competition of the music event.
