equality consist of treating all the workforce which equal in the terms of religion, culture and
other ethics which are essentials for making positive environment at the workplaces(Abdullah
and Foo, 2019). So this two elements are consider as the most integral part in the firm which is
use to increase the productivity and profitability in the well define manner. However the more
diversified employees keep the surrounding more efficacious and also enable to figure out the
challenges effectively and in the well define manner. In this present report WHITEBREAD is
taken as the prime company which is one of the largest operator of hotels and restaurant in the
UK and it the most successful brand in the nation. The company have the strategies to provide
sustainability and long term value to the customer's. This aid in growing more shareholder as
this help in making more and more profit for the company. WHITEBREAD was established in
year 1742 as it is one of the oldest company in the entire nation. In this project, it consists project
aims, objectives, project management plan and its different aspects. Various research methods of
data collection will discuss and interpreting the information with the utilisation of several tools
and techniques. Further there are different research method as well as technology are used to
interpret the information for betterment of the company. At last suggestions and improvements
are use in the project in order to execute the learning outcomes more effectively.
