Introduction
Lizzie Leather belt Company wants to expand their business by developing a web portal of
their enterprise to step out into the online global market. The flow of communication should
be maintained between different working teams so as to build high level coordination
between team members and undertaken project processes (Pan, 2013).
Project scope
