The overarching aim or function
The aim of this project plan is to develop website for the non-profit organization which
will streamline donation page, links for the social media, pages for the individual staff,
responsive design as well as financial transparency. The aim is to use the agile principles and
practices in the development of website for flexibility as well as offer quick and continuous
development of the software solutions.
The scale
The web development business is scaled in the non-profit organization and there is an
increase into the profit by 15% by development of all the website pages. The implemented
solution provides equal and better performance along with functionality of the non-profit
organization.
The characterization
Following are the characteristics of the web development project for the non-profit
organization such as:
ï‚€ There should be good use of color scheme in the webpage which may contain 2-3 colors
which create a proper tone for the organization.
ï‚€ The webpage should have text in black color on white background, but it is acceptable if
contrast is in proper range. Fonts should be used which is easy to read with font size 10-
12 pts.
ï‚€ The visual appeal of the webpage is increased with use of higher quality photography

Method to keep members engaged
Following are the methods which are used to keep the project team members engaged
into the development project work of website are as follows:
Conduct interview: Interview is performed among the project team members to collect
information about their experience to work in the project (Binder, 2016). The organization can
improve management to lessen the turnover.
Regularly communicate: It is required to keep the communication channels open.
Communication plan is required to implement in the organization so that all the team members
can share their issues and problems with each other to be solved on timely basis. In case of
hosting discussion, people are broken down in smaller groups (Larson & Gray, 2017). It allows
the individuals to be comfortable with the public interaction.
Remote members: The key is to keep the members informed throughout providing a
