PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Introduction
The main focus of the paper is on a new Mobile based farmer support system (MBFSA)
development which is mainly assisted by Globlex for the farmers so that they can be able to
gather required data as well as information including weather conditions, preferred crops they
will grow as well as information about the capacity and crops that the farmers grows. In addition
to this, Virtucon aims to provide training to the framers from different geographical area who
would further able to train as well as assists other farmers of their area.
Project description
The project aims to develop MBFSA with the help of the organization “Globlex”. It is
found that the development of the mobile application is considered as one pf the collaborative
work among the farmers, governments as well as wholesalers. In order to utilize the mobile
application, both the farmers as well as wholesalers needs to open their account and add
important data including the details about the generation of the crops, production of the sales as
well as about weather forecast. With the help of the application, the wholesalers can provide
information related with the name and quantity of the produced crops required within a specific
area. In addition to this, they will generally able to download the data which will further assists
them in analyzing sales as well as production of the crops.

well as farmers.
Part 2: Scope
2.1 Definition of project scope
The scope includes the development of a mobile support system by Globlex for
providing support as well as help to the farmers in order to properly collect, gather as well as
contribute valuable data to the farmers that would guide them in farming. This will be beneficial
for other parties including the government as well as wholesalers who generally wants to get
access of the farming details.

Appendix 1:Badewi, A. (2016). The impact of project management (PM) and benefits
management (BM) practices on project success: Towards developing a project benefits
governance framework. International Journal of Project Management, 34(4), 761-778.
The paper focuses on the PM importance as well as the benefits that are linked with the
benefit management on the project success and achievements of the project. Both the benefit
management as well ad project management are considered vital for the success of the project.
The literature generally does not have proper empirical evidence that helps in highlighting the
value that is mainly associated with the application of different types of BM practices. As the
results of the entire research are generally based on the valid response therefore it is suggested
that proper proportion of the organization should adopt both the PM and BM practices.

characteristics applied to project management. International Journal of Project
Management, 35(2), 169-179.
The paper mainly reflects on the strategic planning-based characteristics that are mainly
associated with the PM. It is identified that the paper examines the importance of strategic
planning in context to project management from proper research perspective. The result that
refers to the rational adaptive approach generally helps in assessing various types of empirical
data for proper evaluation of PM that is mainly associated or linked with the varying degrees of
the adaptive approach,

management and its effects on project success: Cross-country and cross-industry
comparisons. International Journal of Project Management, 33(7), pp.1509-1522.
The paper generally reflects on PM and its impact on the entire project sucess. This paper
generally investigates the effects of PM on the success of the project by including various types
of parameters including the cost, scheduling as well as quality. It is quite important to adopt
proper contingency based approach that is helpful in properly evaluating the complexity of the
entire project as per the four different categories. The results of the paper suggest that proper
relationship between the schedule variable as well as the enables of project management and
schedule are generally required.
