INTRODUCTION
The term "project management" refers to the process of putting together a plan to
complete "Application of complex procedures to ensure the correct execution, configuration,
control and performance of a project". It also encourages creative ideas that change To meet a
deadline, the entire project must be completed. The current study focuses on the work of the
Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group. The primary purpose of this project is
to boost forum participation. The research entails the building of a network map, stakeholder
management, working arrangements, risk assessment, and evaluation of many criteria such as
quality standards and approval, quality definition, and quality computation. This role includes
the design, maintenance of the network, the framework for breakdowns, risk assessments and
assessment of various variables such as expectations for consistency, the acceptance criteria,
and the concept of quality and measured. Furthermore, the solution to this project and the
benefits of it are covered in this paper.

Task 1
Network diagram- The schematic of graphs used mainly for the interreaction
between the different graphical operations may be represented. It enables graphic
representations for different tasks to be developed. It allowed a variety of signals and links to
plot all network operations. Users will be able to understand any case clearly and easily as it
is used by Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group. The network schedule of the
