Introduction
The chosen organization is CMTP which is mainly known for manufacturing several
kinds of pallets utilising timber and during this all of the various procedures of manufacturing
there have been the generation of different kinds of wastes. Such wastes are known to be
involving saw dust, smaller pieces of wood. It has been found that these kinds of wood
wastes are being generated to a great extent (CMTP 2019). There is a huge need for
managing in different kinds of ways for profiting this particular enterprise.
The main aim of the study is to properly describe various processes with the help of
which there will be an appropriate management of waste in the specific company of CMTP
which is known for generating different kinds of wastes.

CMTP
CMTP is known to have been possessing over 40 years of experience within the
industry and therefore CMTP has been offered with the opportunity of offering several
solutions of packaging for various business of Australia. CMTP greatly possesses a specific
range of product which is known to be spanning from all the wooden crates which are mostly
custom manufactured for several pallets of cardboard to all the bulk bags. As the ultimate
result, CMTP possess with the capability of delivering the appropriate solution of
transportation for a quite huge range of industries. The cost effective protection of product is
known to be beginning with the appropriate pallet and customers mainly demands for
reliability as well as durability and several manufacturers even require pallets which are
mostly suitable for huge loads. CMTP is also known for creating several variations of both

by this company.
Management of Wastes
Firstly, it is to be remembered that the company is known for manufacturing several
kinds of pallets utilising timber and during this process of manufacturing there is a lot of
waste which has been generated like smaller wooden pieces as well as saw dust (Hossain and
Poon 2018). As the pallets are utilising timber, there is the maximum generation of wood
waste. Wood waste is known for covering half the typical dust bin within the company of
CMTP. Such a dust bin comprising of wood waste can easily be recycled other than just
being removed with all of the rubbish to several landfills (Das, Sarmah and Bhattacharyya
2015). All of the various employees or staffs can be properly trained for avoiding the
utilisation of some raw materials which can be producing a huge amount of wastes and
products with an excessive amount of packaging. There is a need for maintaining all of the
equipment on a regular basis such that it works in an efficient manner. For example, there
must be the reduction of fire hazards and prevention of dust. Sweeping as well as wiping all
of the surfaces are very much essential for getting rid of all of the dust which may be building
