individual so as to set out particular goals along with strategies and outcome of learning and
training. This is also considered to be the alignment with the professional program, which is
made in order to meet the requirements from the regulatory or the statutory bodies existing
around the continuous professional development process. Revalidation is done so as to retain
a practice license and stay on the professional register. This is done in order to demonstrate
the professional standing.
Development needs:
The development needs of the professional development plan include the following:

becoming a good communicator as well. This is a very crucial factor for a success of a project
manager. This plan would also be helping a lot in understanding the various kind of risks
associated with a project so as to implement methods that would help in the elimination of
any kind of risks.

The plan helped a lot in understanding the basic responsibilities that an individual
should have in order to achieve success in any kind f project. Adopting the plan heled a lot in
managing the project efficiently along with helping in understanding the basic qualities that
are needed so as to manage a project. The basic aspects of a project like time and budget can
be managed if an individual follows the action plan properly.

The action plan helped me a lot in the development of my profession as a project
manager in the field of project management. This action plan helped me a lot in
