INTRODUCTION
The project mainly focuses on the construction of “Ethos Eat Drink” restaurant that helps
in offering unique dining experience to the people of Australia. The restaurant is mainly located
in a 190-year-old carriageway in Hobart CBD. The dining room of the restaurant integrates
different types of elements of the site’s history. The main aim of this project is to construct the
restaurant “Ethos Eat Drink” in order to provide proper customer experience as well as
atmosphere at very much reasonable price. The restaurant provides high quality of food with
different variety that includes seafood, appetizer, deserts, and salads as well drinks.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH
It is identified that PRINCE2 project management approach is utilized in this project, as
it is the current version of the project. It is defined as one of the procedure driven rather than
