Task 1
Introduction
Characteristic of the particular project is introduced in this task. There can be the different
type of his hopes that are associated with the particular project. These scopes are analysed in
this task. The Gantt chart and the current path diagram are made for a given project
management plan. Budget, risk and the quality methods that are associated with the project
management plan is analysed in this task.
1) Characteristic of a project
The particular project is having the different resources that can be used for completion of the
project. Various steps are involved in the completion of the particular project. The particular
project plan is having a definite life cycle(Davies & Hughes, 2014). Different type of
deliverables is offered in the particular project. There can be different risk and contingencies
that can be associated with a particular project.
2) Scope statement and its importance
The scope of the particular project is quite wide. This is because of the different activities
which are involved in the particular project. The different activities need great research for
accomplishing a project in the efficient manner (Nylen, 2015). The scope of the project is
having its importance as it provides an opportunity to accomplish the task which is associated
with the particular project in an efficient manner.
3) Gantt chart of the particular project and critical path
According to given work breakdown structure, the Gantt chart can be made as: -

The critical path will be as follows: -
Factors that can be considered for the particular project budgeting
The factors that are associated with the budget of the particular project area training the
employees, materials and resources, labours and travel. These are the factors that are directly
associated with the budget. There can be the indirect factors the like administration, insurance
and communication.
5) A risk that is in project management
Different type of risk associated with the particular project management. Scheduling risk,
technological risk, scope risk and resources risk (Davies & Hughes, 2014). Various
constructive methods can be involved in mitigating the different type of risk that is associated
with the particular project management plan.
6) Methods of quality that denotes the success of the project
The particular project it is very necessary to make quality plan. Implementation of quality
plan controlling and monitoring of the different steps can be accomplished in the effective
manner (Horwath, 2012). Documenting the different steps of control can be useful for the
effective controlling of the whole project in an efficient manner.
Conclusion
It can be from this task that project management is it necessary for the particular type of
major activity. It is also concluded that scope of the particular project is wide that is helpful
for effective implementation of the work for the particular project which is being
