The report will show the current issues on the project which the organization are facing and it will also
focus on the system issues too. It will show the issues that are facing by the information system project
managers. The report will discuss on the project management planning that includes the planning,

organization has expanding the business and therefore, there is need of the voice recognition
technology to serve the customers. The organization is expecting to integrate the technology in
the business to ensure that the customers are more engaged in the business operations and the
overall satisfaction for the services is effective. It is also ensured that the customers have
wireless connectivity to connect their devices with the business from the local or remote access.
Therefore, the online system is required for the business which can be accessed through the
voice recognition to execute the desired commands.
