The following are some of the new process who strongly supports an idea of the project which is

objectives. It helps in developing the project of the department and helps in establishing the
budget, scope, quality, measure and schedule for the completion of the project (Fleming and
Koppelman, 2016).
Roles and Responsibilities: There is no understanding between the project team and project
manager towards their roles. These practices uses are at the extent which is used very widely
through which the project is easily managed of its entire variable. It helps in revising the project
management guidelines, manuals and policies that reflects in the project management plan.
Organizational Development: The recommendations are using to address the findings to
strengthen in the project management that requires the proper support and elevation for the
variable development of the project management. It helps in maintaining the discipline and
behaviour within the departments. It also helps in establishing the project manager as an
attractive and visible career path of the department.
Security: The organization either incorporates the security guidance in their project management
process that leads in the security failures. There are many security requirements which are
needed in the project management that are depended on the applications, infrastructure, system
operations, end users and security devices (Mir and Pinnington, 2014).

The report has discuss the incremental and iterative developmental approach that is the
fundamental change for the project team which affects in the working practices and also affects
the person who all are involved in the project. In the project management the successful
incremental and interactive development requires the adaptive and progressive approach that has
been taken by the project management and also requires the project team member for continual
improvement and embracing the change which will further be produced hopefully in the
organization. On the above basis analysis the report will show the results that will help to the
project stakeholders and project managers who predict in the success of the project and also help
in achieving the project desired goals and benefits. It also helps in improving the managerial
decision process and evaluation of the on-going project which act learning lessons that are
applied for the development software projects.
