1 Overview Information
Project Title/Name EduStream Pilot (Phase 1)
Project Description This project is required for entering online streaming business as the
market for CD/DVDs is diminishing fast. On the other hand, online
contents are becoming more and more popular and more acceptable for
general customers as most of them now have access to computers and /
or smartphones. Hence, this project will deliver an online streaming
platform through which the company can stream educational contents
for the customers without having to deal with DVDs.
Project Purpose The purpose of this project is to enable the company to enter online
streaming business as the current functional market is diminishing
rapidly
Project Scope The main scope of the project is to develop an appropriate system
architecture that will allow the company to stream contents directly to
the digital devices of the customer.
