The objectives of the project are as follows:
To implement and design the network system
To develop the operation of the computer training organization
To expand the existing training facility
To integrate the new IP phone with the existing IP phone network
Background and Strategic Context
Strategic plan: The current strategic plan that is utilized for understanding the current goals
as well as industry environment are as follows:
Expansion: The organization wants to expand their training facility in order
to manage the growing number of clients.
Development of operations: The organization wants to develop its
operations by constructing new training rooms and by computers for trainers
Attracting customers: Due to the expansion of the training organization
more number of customers gets attracted.
Background: Wiz train is one of the computer training organizations that help in delivering
technical training to various corporate clients. The organization mainly have small training
centre that consists of two training rooms, one staff room, one meeting room as well as one
executive office. However it is identified that the numbers of clients are growing day by day
and therefore the organization is planning to develop its entire operation by implementing
as well as designing the network of the organization. It is identified that due to the design of
the network the process of training can do in a proper way that generally attracts large
