Why Project
Management?
Project management is a blueprint of
the base idea what result is going to
be achieved to fulfil the requirement
of the decided project.
Aims to tame the chaos caused
during requirement gathering of the
project going to be developed.
Serves the best possible cost models
to balance feasibility.
Requirements to develop easy
project management are:
Deserving staff hiring.
Initial Training availability
Organising functionalities.
Resource management.
Project management being an efficient way
to deal the future possible issues in
implementation step needs to be explained
well. Majorly its goals to reduce failure and
quality related issues. Also, it solves the
issues possible to be faced at the
requirement gathering stage of the project
being developed. In order to manage the
budget of the concerned company or
individuals handling project, project
management proposes most suitable cost
models. At the important factors to be
considered for project developed are also
discussed.

With all this, a bullet format description about project management problems and project success is also given in order to enhance the solution being
proposed by the project to be managed. In Project management to maintain the documentation record all the required formatting styles and the steps to
manage efficient journal research is given. With this, the problems faced in project management are also given. At the end, I have proposed a journal result

Portfolio Reflection
Portfolio week 3 reflects the structured reorientation in the form of tabular view regarding project management issues, failure reasons, benefits, project
management development from the year 1940 to 2017 and the modern development features. Majorly focused point is new imposed methodologies to
enhance project development on a reliable level. This portion reflects the models, benefits and ways which were previously used in the year 1990 and 60’s.
Adding to this a clear description for differentiation between the advantages and disadvantages of project management system in early 90’s and recent
2017 is given. Reasons for the failures in early 90’s are described using name Failure face in early 1990’s. With this, I have selected a journal based on
responsible human factors in well-developed project management from the international journal of project management. All the content presented is
resourced from the required video given in references, Kerzner’s book for project management and the lecture slides. For feasibility management in project
management, more added cost and labour in the previous model and just opposite in newly proposed model with Provision of lifecycle development
models in chapter 2 of Kerzner's are also given. In previous years implementation areas like defence and construction with respect to project management
are also given. All this presented is can surely prove to be helpful in case of enhancing every single feature of project management in current and future
projects.

Staff in project management is
divided into several departments for
reaching desired outputs.
Staffs are hired at the initial stage of

High Skills are an important
requirement in the staff for being

Best staff have their own importance as
they help in reaching all the decided points
of aim which are initially drawn while

qualities to reach the goals planned. That is
why a step to step process is followed for
staff hiring. At Implementation time mainly
the characteristics to be owned are listed.
Cooperation ability.
Teamwork spirit.
Honesty with smartness.
Ability to work under pressure.

to measure all these have become a
necessity.
To manage any issue at any level of
the project developed or going to be

training the staff to be the best and
generate such outputs which can
achieve every single one.
The ability of staff should be there to
handle the minor and major deals on
hard deadlines.
For fully filtering the crème staff and
managing the required ones in terms of

efficiency, staff training and checks after
those respected are a necessity.
Analysis of every single aspect is
done to check the reliability and

Project management efficiency is one of the
major goals to be achieved for proving best
results in project management phase of any
project development. There are many ways to
put efficiency in the work done in project
management. some of them are given below
Responsible manager
Talented and Technically sound staff.
A strategy based working.
Efficiency management is handled by the
project manager and on that work has to be
done by the staff hired using their
intellectual and innovative skills Need for
these is so high that if this step is removed
from the project management phase surely
it can give a big back hit to project
management process, as there would be a
complete loss of work efficiency.

This journal has given knowledge
about a review of project
management using the fuzzy logic
technique.
This journal focuses on different
fuzzy methods that successfully
result in the best from project
management phase.
Challenges of the models possible to
use are well evaluated.
In this journal, every possible model that
comes under fuzzy logic technique that can
be used to upgrade the level of project
management are implemented. In this,
possible models to be implemented in
project management are extended and
hybrid fuzzy. These are used to get a logical
view of the project being managed.
Portfolio Reflection
This portfolio reflects details for step to step view of ethics needed in the project management. With this, there is an explanation of benefit points of staff
and manager to be hired. In the end, I have given a brief detail about fuzzy logic technique implementation using different models. All the content-driven is
referenced from resources mentioned below. By using this technique it would be easily possible to manage the project when it comes to distribution
process in any related department in project management.

Evaluated Time for
project
This totally depends on the level of
the project for deciding the
evaluation time for project
management and other tasks to
perform in this process.
Level of the project can be large level
or small, Large one can take more
time and the small one may take less.
Also, it depends on the technologies
that how much time it will take to
complete.
It depends upon the level of the
skilled workforce involved in project
management
Time evaluation for getting a virtual view of
how much time can a single project take
may it be at small scale or large one. To get
an evaluated virtual idea of time to be
consumed by a project helps to maintain
the client satisfaction also because in
beginning stage only the client can be given
an abstract to view about the full project
analysis if he/she wants to proceed.
Otherwise, cancellation process is started.
Affecting factors are.
The delay caused by client end to
give the project requirements.
Giving the project details with long
delays inside.
Ability of the workforce working.
PMI, Ch-1 Chapter one of PMI has briefed the
project planning process
management in group system to
ensure security in case one person
loses the project details, other must
be having a stored file.
According to the client requirements
in the project, the specifications are
decided.
It has provided the benefits for the
respected organisation whose project
is been taken.
PM chapter one proposes a number of
beneficial points with respect to parameters
like integration and scalability of the project
in management arena.
Beneficial point of the project
helps to increase the morale of
workforce working of it to create a
positive impact to deal easy

effectiveness.
Project management effectiveness is fully in
project manager hands as it works as a strong
connecting medium between people at lower
authorities and the ones at high. Effective in
the project are managed by compiling and
delivering every work on time.
Success in project management is crowned by
scheduling the tasks in project management
according to the priority set.
Project management effectiveness has only
goal to satisfy the requirements of the
clients according to the functionalities he
wants in the same. For completely aiming
this a series of decent scheduling
techniques can be availed inside the topic.
Kerzner Chapter 9 In chapter nine there is a full
description about factors and related
measures for enhancing the success
level in the organization
Briefs for the success of project

at various stages due to different
factors.
Also, the role project manager to
handle the scenario is to be managed
precisely for viewing separate efforts.
The affecting features in this
chapter are transparency and
accessibility.
There are a number of projects
that cannot be handled by the
individual on a large scale in
project management.
Quality effects of an individual can
be seen in the project managers
from this chapter.
Kerzner Chapter
11.3
This chapter of Kerzner chapter deals with the
strong requirement of risk handling in terms
of project development in the development
phase. All depends on the project manager to
decide and manage the risk factor by
calculating all related data.
There exist common functionality points
where you can get a guide to the existing
set of data. Points I have mentioned below
are the major ones to keep in a notice about
development level measurement.
