The term project planning refers to a guidelines that are used
in order to accomplish a project within a specific time period
by use of several approaches or techniques (Akkermans and
et. al., 2020). The planning involves a written document
comprising of projects objectives, aims, and other support
that is being used in completing a specific project.

Conclusion
From the present PPT Poster it can be concluded that project
can be managed by applying approaches or techniques to it
such as Six sigma, Lean production or Just-in-Time. Proper
application of approach is helpful in completing a project
with effectiveness within a specific period of time. Six
Sigma is much better approach for project management.

Six Sigma is a superior approach in context to two other in a
way that this focuses on reducing wastage from process
along with maintaining efficiency whereas lean production
only focuses on cutting of wastage in production process
only and Just-in-Time pays its focus on reducing overheads
cost of inventory, six sigma focuses on overall process.
