INTRODUCTIONThis presentation is going to elaborate the requirements that need to complete andmanage a project. It is based on launching a new website by Power Motors, to provide theaccessibility to customers to get live videos about own car and how much time the company willtake more to repair it. 1
What is a ProjectProject can have defined as a group activity, which is designed for attainment of aspecific desired outcome. In organisation, it is different than other routine operations because itmainly focused on executing a new business objective, by framing effective strategies and planfor entire implementation process. In this regard, Power Motors seeks to launch a new website,where customers will get accessibility and information every time about own car's repairingprocess, in visualise manner (live video) when they open online account. Thus, providing livevideos in such a way, will help in providing satisfaction to customers and getting high retentionof them as well. To successfully launch this website, respective company has givenresponsibility to project management team to prepare necessary documents, needed for the same.It includes costs, time and organisational strategy, that are required for execution of this project,to achieve business goal. 2

Project StakeholdersTo conduct a project, it is essential for project managers to identify the stakeholders first,who may have affected by the same. In context with present project, the main people of PowerMotors that are associated with this, include staff members, sponsors, team-members, customers,web designers and marketing agencies. Hereby, project manager and team-members play mainrole in conducting and implementing this project, for achievement of strategic goal of givencompany. But for performing this task, they are working under supervision of operationalmanagers, so that website can be launched successfully, in desired way. Along with this, domainadministrators, graphic designers, search engine optimisers and IT team of Power Motors alsowork as a collective group for delivering a wholesome experience to users, where they can seelive videos about how their cars are being repaired. 4
