management approach helps by distinguish total work into small segment which increases the
quality of work. Agile focuses on using autonomous techniques which help in continuous
development.
Advantages: business environment keep on changing and to adjust the business policies agile
methodologies help manager to develop strategies and plans which help in solving the problems
and get effective result. Agile project management methodology helps in increasing customer
satisfaction.
Disadvantages: This methodology can not be understood by every manager. Results occurred
from this methodology is unpredictable which made it difficult for every manager to understood.
For using this methodology proper knowledge and skill are needed to take decisions. That's why
only senior programmers can use this method.
Hybrid: it is the combination of both formal and agile methodologies. Hybrid
methodology is much better way of solving project problems. It create a new project
management method.
Advantages: hybrid help in understanding project and describing project in proper and effective
way. Instead on focusing on the end result they focus on the features of product.
Disadvantages: As it is oldest form of methodology it does not provide accurate and effective
results. This methodology can not be used for long term projects.
