1. Purpose of the Report
The purpose of this report is to accommodate a number of changes in the scenario of
house relocation project. As per the initial conditions provided in the scenario, Jeff and Kelly
need to relocate from Sunshine Coast to Perth due to a change in job of Jeff. Accordingly, they
have to let go of the rental in Sunshine Coast and take a new rental apartment in Perth. As per the
initial conditions, the schedule was developed and finalized regarding the entire relocation
process. However, as per the latest update, there are certain constraints added including illness of
Kelly, breakdown of luggage truck, unavailability of hotels in Perth after 27th January and others.
As a result, the overall schedule has to be altered to suit the needs of Jeff and Kelly.

1. Purpose of the Report
