Lack of budgets-
Project manager in depot and control centre face issues as designing phase on new train
maintenance depot due to lack of budgets which push them back and consider as one of the
biggest barrier in effective plan (Albrecht and Dasigi, 2016). Funds is the most essential thing to
accomplish the project and helps achieve organizational as well as personal goals and objectives.
Lack of strategic plan-
Due to lack of strategic plan Project manager cannot be able to achieve business goals
and design phase of new train maintenance platform which impact on depot and control centre as
well as its financial performance.
Lack of talented workers-
Employees is one of the most important part of successful business, due to lack of skilled
workers and staff members Project manager cannot be able to accomplish project on time.
Ineffective communication-
Due to communication gap or ineffective communication between PM and its team
members the goal of business has not been accomplished and they cannot be capable to gain
profit or complete work.
PM response to push backs as they provide effective plan based on their work, hire
skilled and most talented people and collect funds from banks and other monetary services that
help to accomplish plan based on designing phase of new train depot.

Lack of funds and lack of workers is one of the factors that impact on customers need and
expectations. Without budget management cannot be able to provide services and meet with

management cannot be capable to fulfil the needs of people and consider their demand
effectively.
So it is necessary for them to response these change and try to accomplish needs and
fulfil the requirement of its consumers which is beneficial for business as well as financial

Safety-
Safety ranks highest. Project manager keep customer and workers safety in mind as they
delivery services because it is essential for business success and growth, it ranked highest.
Value-
Value ranks lowest. Value is lower as compare to safety, management less focus on value
as keep in mind while delivering services.
Environmental responsibilities-
Sustainability ranks highest. PM consider environmental responsibilities or contribute in
Corporate social responsibilities which is essential for business progress and economic well fare.
Consumer satisfaction-
Consumer satisfaction ranks highest (Profillidis, 2016). Project manager and
management of organization also keep in their mind to satisfy its customers which contribute to
increase consumer base.
Final response
Project manager must response to situation analysis, before making any plan based on
design phase of the new train maintenance depot they need to analyse the situation and determine
budgets which is essential for success in task.
Stakeholder management is systematic analysis, identification and implementation of
actions designed to engage with business stakeholders. PM need to engage their stakeholders
within business as to make work successful. They invite them to take part in decision making
