The paper mainly focuses on the project that engages in repairing tanks of Western Australia. It is identified that the tanks need to be online within the time period of three months for receiving the aviation fuel from one of the rescheduled shipments. However, due to some challenges as well as faults, it is quite difficult to complete the project within the needed deadline.

1. Introduction
The paper mainly focuses on the project that engages in repairing tanks of Western
Australia. It is identified that the tanks need to be online within the time period of three
months for receiving the aviation fuel from one of the rescheduled shipments. However, due
to some challenges as well as faults, it is quite difficult to complete the project within the
needed deadline.
2. Problem statement
The main problem is presence of faults and challenges during the project progress that
causes delay of project by 10 days and therefore the organization is unable to make the tanks
online for receiving the aviation fuel.
3. Solution identification
The solutions which are generally identified in order to mitigate the issues and
problems that the company is facing is elaborated below:
Motivation: The team members must be motivated to work extra after their shift
hours for completing the work that is associated with the project1.
Managing risks: The challenges and faults due to which delay in the project has
arisen must be resolved by taking proper steps.
Collaboration: Proper collaboration within the members of project team is needed so
that the staffs of the project take proper initiative to work for completing the project within
the deadline2.

implemented for resolving the problems which are associated with the project.
4.Steps that are undertaken for achieving objectives
The steps which are generally undertaken in order to accomplish the objectives of the
project are listed below:
Tracking: The project progress should be tracked on a regular basis for resolving
problems and issues3.
Motivating: The project team must be motivated for working hard for the project so
that the goals and objectives of the project can be easily achieved.
Resolving problems: The faults and issues associated with the progress of the project
must be managed appropriately for achieving the objectives4.
5. Project constraints which are achieved
The project constraints that are generally achieved within the project are listed below:
 The entire project is finished within the time that is provided for the project
 Repairing of the tank is done within the approved budget
 The project scope is followed successfully for achieving the gaols and objectives of
the project.

The impact of resolving the problems that are related with the project are generally
elaborated below:

Completion of project within approved deadline and budget: The project must be
finished within the approved budget and deadline for accomplishing the project objectives
and goals.
Avoiding penalties: The organization does not need to pay the penalties if the work
that is associated with the project gets completed within the deadline5.
Availability of tanks: Due to mitigation of the issues, the work of the project gets
completed which further enhances the availability of the tanks.
7. Conclusion
It can be concluded from the entire project that the problems which are associated
with the project gets resolved by taking proper steps and strategies. The project also met the
project constraints while finishing the project within the deadline. Due to the completion of
project on time, the organization will be able to receive the aviation fuel which is financially
beneficial.
