Project management Approach Project Management (PM) is a basic need of many firms to handle their work processes and it has used to manage various processes as well. the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) has provided various approaches for managing a project of a firm(Karaman & Kurt, 2015).PMI has provided different approaches to manage a project in a successful condition. Atlassian has developed their projects using PMBOK methodology (CARASSO, 2013).PRINCE2 has another approach to manage a project(PMI, 2019). However, PMI hasprovided better outcomes. It has managed a project using five stages, which areas: Initiating: in this process, a manager can define the start of a new project. In addition, there are many benefits of defining a project stage. Atlases has provided initial processes of a project to their clients as well. Planning: in this stage, the scope of the project will be defined. There are some basic objectives will be achieved. Executing: all the project stages will be executed, which has defined in the previous stages, which are defined in the project management plan. Monitoring and controlling: a manager can track the progress of a project as well. It is helping in performance management as well. Atlassian has provided JIRA service module to their clients for monitoring. Closing: concluding all the stages of the project. PMI techniques have used for the management of works. Moreover, a project manager has adopted a good approach to make their project successful(Taylor, 2018). Moreover, PMI has used for manual processes as well as automatic functions of a project. In addition, all the processes of a project can be managed using basic processes as well. However, there are many benefits of PMBOK, such as monitoring, scheduling, and many more(Malas, 2019). Moreover, PMI is a standard approach tostart a project using defining various parameters. In addition, internal and external processes used for business management as well. Furthermore, PMI has used for managing a project and its various processes. It is the best approach to manage all the processes. PMI has improved the standard using differing approaches(CARASSO, 2013).
Most of the people have adopted this approach for project management because of its features and benefits. It is based on the waterfall model, which has worked on the basic processes. There is a basic need for a system to manage all the functions of a project(Taylor, 2018). In conclusion, Atlassian has adopted PMBOK methodology for various project for their clients. it is the best approach for business project management as well. In addition, there are many tricks that can be used for improving the results of a project. Atlassian has used PMI methodology for better outcomes. Managers have focused on basic processes and monitoring. It will be a great choice for project management. In the future, PMI will be provided with better approaches for managing a project. It is the best technique to execute different processes based on the schedule. It will provide better results in the long term.
