1a) Describe each method that is PRINCE2 Agile and SCRUM
According to Cooke (2016), PRINCE2 agile is one of the adaptive governance methods
that is mainly used for project delivery which further combines with the senior management’s
ongoing requirement for confirmation of business value. PRINCE Agile generally combines both
PRINCE2 as well as Agile in a way that helps in maintaining integrity of the PRINCE2 based
project principles, processes as well as roles. In addition to this, it helps in delivering both
efficiencies as well as core benefits which are associated with Agile methods (Patil 2019).
Furthermore, it generally helps in increasing the rate of on-time as well as on-budget project
delivery with proper project outcomes that is continually confirmed for meeting different
requirements of the business quite successfully.
On the other hand, it is stated by Ramakrishnan et al. (2018) that scrum is one of the
methodologies that generally involves small project team that is mainly lead by the Scrum
master whose main responsibility is to remove all the obstruction from the project and further
assists in finishing the work on time. It is one of the methodologies that is mainly designed for
guiding the project team in both iterative as well as incremental delivery (Pejcinovic, Bass and
Wong 2018). Furthermore, in scrum, top priority items will be selected for a fixed, regular as

2c) Experience comparison
After using both the tool for creating schedule, it is analyzed that MS Project is a better
tool for managing the work of the project effectively. It is found that though excel sheet starts off
blank but it is very much limited in context to creation of schedule where use of MS Project
helps in creating schedule quite easily by adding as much number of activities that a user wants
(Tonchia 2018). In addition to this, project update details are inefficient in excel and thus it can

lead to more errors in the calculation of total number of days when it is compared with MS
project. Moreover, as project requires a number of people to work on a specific task at once
however the latest plan of the excel is not suitable enough to reflect all the information clearly
where MS Project reflect each of these single details (Sharon and Dori 2017). Therefore, it is
analyzed that MS project helps in providing much better in-built capabilities for managing the
work of the project in comparison to excel.
