INTRODUCTION Project management is the essential tool which is required for the successful completion of any project. It involves proper strategies and planning to initiate with (Meredith and et.al 2017). Therefore, for all the project it is required to proceed with scope and aim for the good outcomes of the project. This assignment will describe about the scenario in which Peninsula community health which aimto introduce the new pressure ulcer monitoring device for the older people. This assignment will cover the critical discussion about the rationale and project scope which describe about the project life cycle, it further includes the Mendelow matrix to identify the behaviour of various stakeholders who can show the interest in the project. Report also includes the legal and non-legal solution or risk management strategies to mitigate the risk. It finally includes the Tuckman and McClelland process. TASK 1 Scope of project with rationale The project by peninsula community health services is to help the people of UK to deal with the pressure of ulcer (Fashina, Abdilahi and Fakunle, 2020). As the majority of UK population is facing the issues of ulcer and with this project the patients will get help and the people also going to be more aware about the serious issue of ulcer. This project will be having a wider scope in UK as the issues is getting more server and with this project all the patients will get the treatment to overcome from ulcer. Rationale The issues of ulcer is continuously increasing the population of UK and people with underlying healthy condition are having higher risk with this diseases. There are many regions like Cornwall where the elder population is having pressure of ulcers every month. So, this project will going to help the people who are facing this issue and also help the other people to be aware of this serious disease. With the project the different hospital facilities such as electronic health records in which patients that could keep the support for sharing the data, test results, robotics and diagnostics technologyare going to be provided to the suffering people and continue monitor their condition with different technologies. In this project there will be 50 patients across the Cornwall further they are being provided required treatment peninsula community health services and their progress will be measured with different aspects. The aim of this project is to help this people to overcome from the ulcer and
aware the population to take precautions so that the pressure of ulcer can be avoidedand try to ensure about the various peninsula community health services. In this project the staff will going to help the patients for around 18 month in which they will regularly monitor the condition of patients (Corvello, Javernick-Will and Ratta, 2017). The investigation of change of pressure ulcer and formation of ulcer, carer engagement to prevent and the behaviour of patients are also being inspected accordingly. The access to this facility is also easy for the patient as they need to register their names and diseases document by their doctors there is no additional formalities. In this different monitoring tools are being used for the patients of ulcer to know the hot spots regarding the pressure any of patient is sitting on an particular place for long time. As this disease is occur when the people are not move for long time and their mobility is less throughout the day (Althiyabi and Qureshi, 2021). Triple constraint and baseline for project This is an effective way through find out the three main elements related to the project by peninsulacommunityhealthservices.Astherearethreemainaspectsandboundary according to which a project operates its activities this are: Scope: the project to help the underlying health condition people of Cornwall so that they can overcome from the issue. This is having wider scope as they are taking patients from big unitary and providing the facilities so that they can overcome from this issue. A primary research that have been conducted for collection of data or gathering that could be based on research, recommendation will be provided. Time/ schedule: This project is going to operate in Cornwall for around 18 months and the patients are provided help in this period so that they can overcome from this issue. Budget/ cost: As the project is going to operate on an large area and there are also making use of different innovative technologies and the nurses facilities are also provided. This project will be going to work on a big budget (Akhwaba, Bowa and Keiyoro, 2020).while this can be estimated about the 4565 pounds Project life cycle approach According to this cycle the project may include number of levels to successfully manage its activities. Initiation: In this level the scope, budget requirement and time needed to complete the project activities are evaluated. There are problems also which need to fix so the problem statement will help to know the issues and the project can be able to work effectively. while the scope for the project that have been increased and cost that have been taken the longer steps for which cost and schedule which must be important for the nurses working in evaluating the given project opportunities.

Planning: When the objective of the project clear and time need to perform the task are identified then make sure the activities and role and responsibilities within the project. The budget is also prepared in this to organise the task. Schedule all the task and effective chain ofdutiesthatwillbefollowedthroughouttheproject(Sanghera,2019). Execution: In this the activities which are planned are being implemented and staff are allotted their work so that they can perform their duties. The managers will also coordinate with the staff and help them to perform their activities more effectively. project management monitoring and controlling that could keep the involvement about how the actively reviewing the status for the potential, evaluating potential obstacles and also implementation more changes which might be necessary for the completing of the project management. Closure: in the closure the monitoring of all the task and activities are done by manager and leaders so that the potential and target goal can be matched. When the project manager will get any difference then they will make the required action so that situation get controlled. In the closure is done after all the tasks are completed (Tariq, Ahmad, Ashraf, Alghamdi and Alfakeeh, 2020).While this could be taken through using formal acceptance of the project and project deliverables which are taken by the customer. While this could be presented for the patients which have been states about the completed and make sure about how usually this could work for them. Project methodologies This is one of the important management practise for the project and in this all the activities are listed to deliver the project more appropriately.
Waterfall methodology:this is one of the project management approach which emphasis linear advance from starting task to end of the project. In this manager have to develop a plan and then without making any change work accordingly to that plan (Hoehn and et. al., 2020). Agile methodology: This is an effective refers to group to develop the software which is based on iterative development. The manager in this can develop a plan and when they complete any of the task further in this, they can make change to the previously done activities (Beerbaum,2021). Agile is one of the flexible approaches for the project in its progression. Prince2 methodology: this is used in the wider range of companies and industry which help to manage the activities of the project (Esteki,Gandomani and Farsani,2020). This helps the manager to manage the project and bring them on time with the respective budget. Form the above discussed methodologies for the project the agile is most appropriate methodology that can be used in the project of peninsula community health services. As they are operating this project on comparatively small scale and for this project, they are taking the 50 patients of Cornwall. The agile is flexible and when there is any kind of mistake happen then manager is able to make the change. Summary of work breakdown structure For this project the work is divided into different part so that all the task related to the project get accomplish effective by group work (Heusala and et. al., 2020). The project manager will coordinate all the activities related to the project then the task of initiation, planning, execution, control and closure and the 30 staff members are equally divided in all the stage to perform their individual and group duties. Task 2 Mendelow matrix this task is about t Mendelow matrix is the important tool which is mainly used by the organization to know about the behaviour of their stakeholders in terms of their attitude, knowledgeable approach to start any project. This matrix involves the level of understanding of the stakeholders in the organizational strategies or organization uses their approaches to enable the stakeholders to invest or consider their project. Structure of Mendelow matrix: This matrix is generally consisting of four parts as Minimal efforts: This part of the matrix involves the stakeholders which are not interested in the planning or project of the organization. In this category the stakeholder will be the supplier who have no longer interest in business (Buganová and Šimíčková,2019). Their only work is to supply the raw materials, therefore project leader for treating the Ulcer patient, they need to use the resources well in order to deal with the suppliers, or they also proceed to develop a connection with other suppliers so that they can negotiate the price for raw materials required in project. Keep informed: In this stage member of the project can be a major stakeholder as they have more interest to indulge in project process. As they are the key holders who can work out to give positive outcome of the project. Keep Satisfied:
In this the stakeholder will be a large supplier or governmental agencies who can play a essential role in success of the project. Therefore, the project leader for ulcer require to satisfy the stakeholders in order to get successful evaluation of their project (Harrison and Lock, 2017). Key players: This stage includes the customer as a stakeholder as they are the key player who decides the success or failure ratio of any project. Therefore, project leader needs to develop all the strategies before introducing their project to the audience so that it enables the audience to take part in the project. Key stakeholder and their relative interest in the project Stakeholder plays an important role in the funding process for every project, therefore for the cure of Ulcer in Cornwall the peninsula community health will have to involve the effective participation of the stakeholder in order to get better result. Their projects key stakeholder will be- Clinical staff as a stakeholder: Clinical staff will be the major anticipated stakeholder for the project as projects' aim is to provide awareness about the pressure ulcer to mitigate its risk at early stage or to enable the patient for self-management of this disease. Clinical staff can educate the patient by giving them a knowledge to mitigate its risk or to take precautions to protect from this disease (Bredillet, C., Tywoniak and Tootoonchy, 2018). Government as a stakeholder: For every project it is important to involve the government legal factor in the project to protect from any kind of future legal activities, as they collect the taxes therefore for every project it is required to done all the legal activities before initiating the project as it will help to secure from any legal procedures. Businessman as a stakeholder: For every project it is required to manage all the funds related procedures as for the project initiation it requires an investment to arrange all the resources. Therefore, it is the major responsibility for the project leader to make an effective strategy so that it will influence the stakeholders to take effective part in the project.
Roles and responsibility of the stakeholders Stakeholders are those who positively or negatively impact the project therefore it is necessary to influence the stakeholder by strong strategies so that they can show their interest in the project. In Ulcer monitoring project the major stakeholder will be patients and their family or nurses medical team. Employee stakeholder: Theyarethemajorstakeholderwhohavehugeresponsibilitytocarryoutanytask effectively. Therefore, for every project the project leader needs to specify the particular role to the employees based on their skills and knowledge so that it will enable the employees to complete their work effectively to get good result. Investor’s stakeholder: Investor’s stakeholder are the people who have financial stake in the project. They are the one who invest major capital in the project in order to make any investment. Investors are looking for the long term return of the profit in the project (Nijhuis,Vrijhoef and Kessels, 2018). Therefore, project owner needs to keep satisfy their investors by implementing effective strategies so that they can invest capital in the project. Patient: Patient or audience are the major stakeholder as ultimately the project is about to give knowledge to monitor the disease. They are the key stakeholder who invest their time and money in any project therefore they have the high power so any project owner needs to keep satisfy the audience by their effective subject of the project. Therefore, project leader for curing the ulcer need to provide knowledge to the audience about the disease which can help the family member of the patient to take care of their patients.Member of the peninsula health community are the major contributor in the project as they are aiming to provide better monitoring device so that patient will self manage their disease. Comparison of the project to other project: As this project is mainly aimed the elderly people who are suffering from the pressure ulcer who need frequent medication to cure this disease. The project aims to provide knowledge and awareness about the adverse effect of ulcer to the people so that they can cure or detect their disease at early stage. The project by the peninsula community health who are focusing on the elder people of Cornwall by providing them a proper monitoring and education so that patient can self-managed their problem. NHS diabetes prevention program runs in England to aware the people about the high risk of Type-2 diabetes, their project aims to provide awareness about the adverse effect of this disease. They also provide the guidelines to the people to reduce the risk of high blood glucose level which can cause strokes, heart attacks,

kidney failures. Therefore, they provide a program in which they educate people or to give them a proper training about to mitigate the risk of diabetes by adapting healthy lifestyle. In both Project the main aim is to aware the people about the adverse effect of disease or to provide knowledge to detect the disease at beginning to reduce the risk (Shim and Lee, 2019). TASK 3 Evaluation of the legal and non-legal solution to mitigate the project risk As legal and Non legal risk can be defined as a lost in finance as how business can deal with their legalcontracts, licenceand agreements, which can cause major damageto any organization who runs a project. To enable the digital transformation: As to implement the digital technology can enhance the timely digital delivery of the project by good ratio which increases the legal or the compliance risk by good margin. To overcome the third party risk: It is important for the project owner to find their third party risk. To overcome this risk project leader can go to change the shift from promptly to the iterative approach. Project deliverable:project deliverable includes the outcome of the project as it involves the planning and strategy for the project involvement of the stakeholders, or evaluation of the growth of the project. It is the main building block of any project which involves all the necessary criteria. It involves the breakdown of the project into modules for the completion or it also enables the project team to work better according to their knowledge and skills. Stages of the Risk Assessment: Identification of the cause or problem It is the main stage when there is a identification of any problem as for the Project for Ulcer they need to give awareness about the symptoms of this disease to the people, or person can ask others about the changes which are made in their body because of the Ulcer (Nguyen and
Mohamed, 2018). Project initiator can give the proper knowledge so that the people can find the symptoms of disease or to take early precaution to prevent this. Find who will majorly affected: For any risk or hazard it is important to know who will be the majorly affected by the disease as for the Ulcer it is found and majorly detected in the elder people. To provide mitigation to them it is important to give knowledge to their family member so that they can take good care of them also provide them a better health service. Risk evaluation: Once the risk is identifying then it is important to take the necessary precautionary process to curethedisease.Forulcerdiseaseitisimportantforthepatienttofullyquietthe consumption of alcohol and smoking or to take necessary care and medication to prevent this. Risk management strategies: Risk Acceptance: It is defined as an acceptance of the risk without taking any mitigate actions. Any financial loss from not taking risk mitigation can be the example of the risk acceptance. To reduce the financial risk project leader, need to implement all the strategies to mitigate the risk. Risk transference: It can be described as a transfer of risk through contracts to the other party who will detect the risk by their own. Risk avoidance: It can be defined as for the project if there is any risk occur in the investment so that project leader should simply avoid making payment so that they can prevent the risk. Risk reduction: In this risk can be mitigated by taking several criteria it is the main strategy which are taken by any project leader so that leader of the Ulcer project can take use of necessary factors and strategies to mitigate all the risk which have the probability to occur while initiation of the project. Key dimensions of contractual risk
Contractual risk can be defined as a revenues' leakage which involves the major failure in the monetize services. It will give the loss to the project therefore it is recommended to include all the legal contract activities before starting any project. Fixed price contract can be recommended to the project as it involves the fixed price to be paid for the project by the agreement between the buyer and seller (DuHadway, Carnovale and Hazen, 2019). As for the Ulcer project if the project leader wants to collaborate with other organisation to make investment, they required a legal contract so that there will be no legal activities can faced by the project holder. Risk based maintenance can be used for the project to analyse all the risk factor to provide mitigation or to train the employees to provide necessary information to the people so that they can take necessary action to prevent disease. Legal and non-legal solution can be made to mitigate the risk in the projects are to completely analyse the project report before starting any project. Financial risk can be mitigated by the proper budgeting or involve the legal responses, contractual incentives for the budget performance to solve the finance issues. TASK 4 Team expansion theories for project goal achievement. Type of the project: This project is necessity project because health care as it aims to provide awareness or medication to the people who are suffering from the pressure Ulcer.Project involves the stakeholders who are supporting the project as nursing care to the patient who are suffering from the disease also by educating the family members of the patient so that they can take good care of their members who are suffering. The idea of the project is to help the ulcer patient by providing them a proper monitoring so that they can detect the size of ulcer or to take precautionary activities to reduce the risk (Lathrop and Ezell, 2017). Project initiation and team selection: Team building process for improvement in project effectiveness. Its important task that projectdeveloperormanageranalysethatwhichindividualrequirefortheirproject completion. UK many people face ulcer problem, their hospital manager and doctors research on this disease. They take initiative to build team for proper treatment development. Organization project management team decide that they engage new nurses, doctors who have great knowledge about this particular disease. Selection of new employee is easier but provide them information and guidance for teamwork is not easier process its requires application of theories and models (Heitzmann and et.al., 2021). Project resourcing; including mapping roles and responsibilities: Project resourcing is necessary to build efficiency in specific project completion. On the basis of hospital, the requirementmajor resourcesincludefunds, facilities, humanresource services, food services and many more. Funds require raising efficiency in development of

new resources, facilities is key aspect of hospital which is necessary to provides their patients or nurses, doctors as well. Next is human resources includes doctor’s engagement in hospital who has experience and great knowledge about how to develop effective health care expansion. So overall these resources are essential for particular project goal completion. Building and developing successful project team with application of team theories: Tuck man's theory is one of the best techniques which develops information to handle task effectively for completion of project within team. It’s very clear that individual develops and build their performance for particular task fulfilment. Application of this theory hospital industry can raise their project team effectiveness and their activities are as follows, Forming: First step refers to associate employee who has knowledge and experience about project. Engagement of people with organization is major essential and selection of require human resource is major essential for effective project aim achievement. So, industry recruit and select nurses and doctors who have experience about ulcer disease. Storming Expansion of team build for project it’s important that manager provides information about how individual perform their task within proper guidance. In this activity, this step is mainly reefers to build knowledge about how individual can do their task in team. Norming This step is also essential because individual has their own opinion and experience, so project manager has to consider and focuses on team development activity which generates new idea and effective solutions (Spiegler, Heinecke and Wagner, 2021). Norming activity can highly influence the teamwork efficiency but some time it badly impacts on teamwork because manager has only owner to choose one decision for their project. Performing Completion of three steps, next is performance analysis which is directly analyse throughout fulfilment of project task and individual given task complete on same time that means it’s clear that individual performing well with tea work. According to hospital industry if patients recovering rate is fast so it’s very clear that individual performs their task effectively. So, its clear that if hospital project manager develop changes according to situation they have to focuses on build new and expert resources for particular project effectiveness improvement and well as for their successful project aim achievement. Think of conflict and conflict resolution: Conflict mainly influences by performance of individual toward with new program, its essential that program not develop harm to society people bheviour. And project team has to consider effectiveness when they develop program because indivdiual performance directly impacts on overall effective program development. So application perfect farmworker and
individual motivation and effective program with under the expert knowledge can properly resolve conflicts. Rules of engagement: Its important term that project leader, manager and experts clearly provides information to their team work and tell them timelines, aims, and budget, so they consider, and they feel that they are the part of this activity, and they feel more engage and motivate towards with the project. CONCLUSION From the above report it is concluded that for every project the analysis of all the factor plays a crucial role. As project management is the critical tool who decides the success factor of any organizational project. It described about the factors which are required to detect the early symptoms of any disease, also includes the project life cycle and project methodologies. It also described about the risk management strategies and Mendelow matrix to know the behaviour of the stakeholders also involved the role and responsibility of key stakeholders. This report further described about the legal and non-legal solutions to reduce or minimize any kind of risk occur in the project. Report also explained about the contractual risk and it finally concluded with the critical analysis on the team development theories which includes the Tuckman theory to provide support to the team to achieve the desired goals of the project.
