INTRODUCTION
Project management can be defined as the process of leading team in order to achieve
goals and objectives within given time frame. There is need of following the project
documentation so that all the objectives are clear and the primary constraints are scope, time, and
budget (San Cristóbal and et.al., 2018). It helps to assign the roles and responsibilities to the
team members that help them to carry on the work in effective manner. It helps to use all the
available resources in effective manner for benefit of the business organisation. This report is
based on Salisbury House (SH) project. There is formulation of proper project plan that helps to
carry on the project effectively. The scope, budget, constraints and other important aspects are
mentioned. The evaluation of the stakeholders according to their power is also mentioned in this
report. It is necessary to follow all the steps in effective manner so that outcomes can be
achieved effectively.
MAIN BODY
About the project
The Salisbury house project is based on The University of Wales Trinity Saint David
(UWTSD) as they have acquired a new building block. They are planning to add new teaching
rooms in order to fulfil the demand of growing students (Armenia and et.al., 2019). The plan is
to start reception space, classrooms, lecturers’ office, administrative office students lounge,
kitchenette, and toilet facility. This block is near the main building of University located within
Kennington business park.
Project management plan
Project management plan involves goals and objectives and the specifies activities that
are undertaken in order to achieve the project within right time and budget. It is necessary to
carry on proper research so that overall success is attained (Chawla and et.al., 2018). The
timeline of the project must be fixed in the starting so that real success of the project is attained.
The use of resources in effective manner is important so that the company is able to attain
successful position in market. The important aspects of project management plan are mentioned.

There is need of setting clear goals for project so that the project team is able to work
over them. The task here is to develop the building block for university so that more students can
study. The aim is to develop effective infrastructure for the university. The goals are as follows:
To develop effective rooms for the students so that they can get right to education. Also,
to develop administrative offices for the staff members.
Project objectives
To to create additional teaching room that helps to fulfil the ever-growing number of
students.
To make adaptive classrooms in order to serve the students effectively.
More students are ready to take admission in the University. So, there is need to
developing additional building where more students can be taught. Requirement of administrate
office will be there so that overall work is managed. All the facilities will be provided to the
students so that they are able to learn properly.
Critical success factors
These are the factors that define the success of project. They are critical and it is
necessary to achieve success in the same so that the project is able to attain success. There
factors play a key role in measuring the success of the project and assist in performing the task
effectively (Hair and Sarstedt, 2021). They help to achieve the desired goals. Critical success
factors plays one of the vital role. As they ensures that the derived project got the success. In
regard to this below are the highlight of these success factors that assist in performing all the
operational activity more effectively. Moreover it facilitate in order to achieve the drive goal.
The critical success factors for this project is as follows:
Clear goals and objectives
Optimum utilisation of resources
Effective management team
Effective communication
Project Scope
The scope of project is wide as the extra building development will help to provide
education to various students. Also there is need of developing effective infrastructure that helps
provide best place for the students to learn (Picciotto, 2020). The record of the students will be
kept in systematic manner and administrate office will also be formed. There is need of
