Introduction
This project will be based on developing a new building block- Salisbury House around the main
building in London campus. As due to growing number of students and to create administration
offices for staff, The University of Wales Trinity Saint David will be opening a new building
block to meet those requirements which will be established near the min building of campus
itself (Aanbari, 2018) . Through developing a new building, the plan will be offering additional
teaching rooms, administrative office, reception, classrooms, lecturers office, students lounge,
toilet facilities and kitchenette.
Critical success or failure factors
The project management includes different factors needed for assessing the work effectively.
The documentation of different takeaways from project managers is impossible and that is why
they are conducted effectively. In present context, it is evaluated that project activities must be
completed in time. This can be done only by preparing a proper procedure and having a timeline
to complete the work. There is need to manage the proper analysis in order to develop strong
building in campus (Bjorvatn, and Wald, 2018). It is concluded that this project was done
effectively by using all the considerations properly and management of work was also effective.
There is need for evaluating the project management activities. Project management is the
practical application of processes, skills, methods and knowledge along with the experience that
helps an individual in achieving the specific objectives or targets according to the criteria of the
project acceptance within certain parameters. The process of project management consists of five
phases that are conception and initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure or ending
of the project. The purpose of project management is to plan and manage a project for its
successful completion in order to get desired results. In the present context, a project of
developing administrative office for staff is created which is based on the development of a new-
building block, that is, Salisbury House around main building in London campus. It has been
analysed that the project is completed in the successful manner and there are some main
constraints that plays a key role in the success of project. These constraints are described as
under in context to the completion of the project:
Stakeholders: They are the persons who have attended project meetings as requested by the
project manager, reviews and approve the process deliverables as well as provide subject matter
